Our Girl's Trip at this particular location was perfect. The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked for our beach stay. The amenities were modern/up to date and tastefully decorated. The distance to beach access and restaurants were all within a short distance walk and although it was full, the condo itself was very quiet.
Best place to stay at Gulf Place!
The place wasn’t super well-stocked with kitchen items. The place was always bright even at night because the curtains didn’t block out the street lights and hall lights. There is no security lock on the inside so we were nervous about our kids just opening the door and walking out. Other than those notes, we give it 5 stars and would stay here again! Great location. The most perfect beach access!
Beautiful Condo! Many updates! On our last full day the fire alarm in the condo would intermitted go off. We finally just took it off the wall. Also, the air filter should be checked in the AC unit.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Gorgeous condo with a quick walk to the beach. Tons of great food within walking distance. We enjoyed a dinner at Skunk Gulley and lunch at Perfect Pig- both right across the street. We were a quick Lyft away from a fun night out at the Red Bar and AJs. Such a fun area at a great price. We all had plenty of space with this layout. The only complaints are that the guest bath toilet wasn't working well at all, so we all ended up sharing one bathroom. And the water temperature would not get hot in the afternoon. Overall we loved our stay and would return again in the future.

Not a 3 Bedroom
This should not be listed as a three bedroom. The “third” bedroom is a closet with bunk beds. There is no dresser or closet to put clothes in. There isn’t enough room on the floor to leave a suitcase open so you can at least have that to use to keep your clothes. Very disappointing. I’ve stayed in other units where the third bedroom is bunk beds and they have a closet and dresser.

We recently booked a fairly last minute stay for 2 nights. The location of the unit is ideal, being 1 block from the beach and shops. The unit is big and roomy, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, large kitchen (with new appliances) and an alcove with 2 bunk beds. There were 2 downsides to the unit: first, the sofa is terribly stained. Which is a real shame. The second issue is that the unit faces the parking lot of the bank next door which is lit all night long but some very bright lights. The unit only has a thin shade on the balcony doors which means that a lot of light gets into the unit all night long. Black out shades would make a huge difference.
The other concern was with the property management company. We emailed them about the stained couch (which was immediately obvious) and still have not heard back. The information that they provided could also use some attention. The directions to the parking and elevator refer to the location of the nearby “shops” yet there are multiple places with shops and, even worse, you have no users where any of the shops are when you are first driving to the unit. The information in the unit also referred to swinging pools and tennis courts, yet don’t include any sort of map to shore you where these are located. We never saw them. The info in the condo also describes the private beach access, yet it does so by referring to the property easements. Well, that’s totally unhelpful without any sort of map to show you where the property easements, or even walking paths, are located. So we used the public beach access just a block away.
With a map, better communication from property manager and a new sofa, this would easily be a 5 star location.
