The Space:

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.



Enjoy spending time and making the best beach memories at this beachfront home. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or brew up a cup of coffee and sit out on one of the private balconies. The ground floor balcony offers an easy walk out to the beach, while the second master upstairs has its own private balcony. There are three spacious bedrooms that offer plenty of space and privacy for up to 10 guests to spread out. Plus, everyone can choose between a plethora of onsite amenities including a shared fitness facility, pool, and more! With so much to do right at your fingertips, you may just have to make a trip to Miramar Beach every year to experience it all!



What's nearby:

The white sandy beaches are just a few steps from this condo, so grab a good book, head to the sand, and enjoy the complimentary beach service including two chairs and an umbrella! When it's time to dine, there are several restaurants close by, and for shopping options, check out the Silver Sands Outlets. In addition, The Links Golf Club is just a few minutes from the complex for a fun way to spend an afternoon away from the beach!

Wonderful stay

The place was so clean and very kept up and updated! Only problem was the hair dryer was missing but other than that the condo was spacious and worked well for all 9 of us

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable.

Convenient to the beach and pool. Plenty of space for a family of 7. We loved the 2 balconies. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and the white sand and aqua waters are beautiful.

Fabulous!

Everything was on point! Cable went out on a Sunday afternoon, they sent someone over within a half hour! Place was clean and everything that we needed was right there! Great stay!

Fall trip to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Miramar Beach and our stay at Mainsail. It is our 2nd time staying at Mainsail. We love the proximity to the beach, a 2-3 minute walk. We enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool as well. This condo was clean and had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for my husband and I and 3 of our adult children to relax and each do our own thing, whether going to the beach or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view.

Loving the balcony w/ beach access. And close to the pool.

We loved our unit. We had so much space 1 room has 3 bed including the pull up twin bed. 2nd room had 2 queen bed and 1st floor had 1 king bed. All rooms has bathrooms. We love the place most specially the balcony w/ beach access. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Miramar Beach

Location was great, check in was a bit chaotic. Unit was amazing but amenities were sub par. No ice machine, had to buy ice constantly with the warm weather and sheets were dirty.

Everything in condo was just as it is described. I would the outside table. It’s not very sturdy sitting up on blocks. The lounge chairs on upper floor was perfect. The view is absolutely stunning. With a 3 bedroom place we had nowhere to park the 3rd car since we was told only 2 cars. That was a little issue. We would definitely stay there again. The pros def outweighed the cons.

Very spacious, beautiful views!

We loved the open floor plan and the master being downstairs. The kitchen was completed stocked with everything you could possibly need. The balcony views were amazing & had easy access to the beach. All bedrooms were very spacious. I do, however, think you have a serious mold problem in the upstairs bedroom to the left. My daughter & grandson slept in this room for 3 nights & both became very sick (coughing, wheezing, nausea, nose bleed & headache) and ended up having to leave and cut their vacation short, which was very disappointing. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly, as it can be very dangerous to those highly allergic to mold.

Great but awful check in

We had a great time except the night we were supposed to check in they did not give me the door code. Me and my boys called the 800 number and were on hold for over 30 minutes around midnight with no one answering to help us. We could not get in the condo and had to get a hotel the first night. They did refund that night and the rest of the stay was enjoyable but did not start out great. Make sure your check in email includes the door code!!

Miramar vacation

We were not given the code to enter the unit before arrival and we had to call Vacasa and figure everything out upon arrival. Very stressful! The property definitely shows its age. It really needs to be updated. Renters are made to feel like second class citizens compared to the owners. Renters get the further away parking spots and have to be further back on the beach so the owners can be right near the water. The Wi-Fi is horrible! We didn’t have any Wi-Fi for most of the time we were there. The location couldn’t be beat as you can walk right off the porch to the beach! Overall it was ok but I probably wouldn’t choose this property in the future unless it was updated.
