Beach House B605

The Space:

Make this beautiful, renovated condo with panoramic views of the Gulf from every room your home base to explore and enjoy the Sunshine State. Professionally decorated, it features an all-new, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a new bath (also with granite), new furniture, flooring, drapes, fixtures, and electronics. It sleeps up to four people with a king bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo has been outfitted with a large TV and Blu-Ray player in the living room and a large flat screen with a DVD player in the bedroom. An oversize bar offers seating for drinks or meals and the dining room has seating with a view for four. The balcony offers new furniture where you can dine, relax, watch the sunset, and see the dolphins play. A new washer/dryer let you do laundry on site, a great convenience nowadays. Beach House offers many private amenities, including WiFi, cable, and shared amenities like a sparkling outdoor pool, fitness center, gas grills, and tennis court. This condo offers all you need for a relaxed, upscale experience on the beach.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was easy. The view wasn't bad either! I wanted to be on the beach with a great balcony. It did not disappoint. The location was convenient and central to the area. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful (but too short) stay!

Beach house paradise

Really nice condo, not too big and never felt crowded on the beach or pool or waiting for elevators or parking— unlike the high rise condos. Loved the view straight out over the water. Great for families— I have a 2 and 5 yr old, they enjoyed sleeping on the pullout sofa. We are planning to come back next summer!

Birthday Getaway

The condo is excellent, well furnished and attractively decorated. The location is unbeatable, ocean front with included beach chair and umbrella service. The only issue was a blinking lamp that was burning out. We called the property manager on check in. She was very friendly, but the issue was never resolved.

Pool part needed

Expected pool to be warm. Was told by maintaince person waiting on part. Disappointed, seems like the condos on that road all had same issue by talking to people. So we couldn't use pool. Would have been nice to have had at least salt and pepper in the condo. I understand the renters responsibility but I've stayed many places this was nothing extra. Great views thou!! And quiet. Location was great to restaurants and stores.

Beach House 605B

I would not stay there again. The pool was closed at night because of an electrical problem with the lights. One of the beach access was closed down due to some sort of damage so we walked to the next building to go to the beach. The Sunday night security guard was not at the guard shack he was standing in the doorway of a ford explorer talking to a woman for 4 hours. During that time a gentleman off the street came into the parking lot harassing us. The person wasn’t even staying there and the security guard did nothing even though it’s supposed to be a secure condo. 1/2 roll of paper towels. No juice can opener. No coffee filters. No extra blankets for guest sleeping on the couch. Not stocked. I wasn’t expecting extras but usually when renting vrbo I can find a couple coffee filters and a juice can opener.
