The Space:

Decorated in trendy contrasting colors and modern ocean-themed decor, this family-friendly condo is ready to welcome you to Panama City Beach. Beachgoers better pay attention! You can also enjoy access to the shared rooftop pool and hot tub. Seaheaven’s own beach is across the street and has a beachfront restaurant with a tropical bar and live music. The Origin building has a place to eat on the main level and a gift shop, theater, and game room. Enjoy views of the local area from your own private furnished balcony.



Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool inside, and the private washer/dryer will take care of the beach towels while you relax. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a dishwasher to help with easy cleanup.

Great location and the property was as advertised and clean. The two fold out couches were a very nice addition. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at the Origin literally across the street from beach entrance. Views are phenomenal from pool area to the sunrise decks. Condo was fully equipped clean and comfortable. Friendly suggestion for those who will use the sofa bed bring an inflatable as the sofa mattress is thin. Condo is very spacious loved it!

The property was gorgeous!

I loved everything about my stay except for the hot tub being down during my trip… I would’ve found another property had I known but I don’t regret the stay at all. My condo was so beautiful and very clean! Staff were all very kind and the overall property was exactly what I was looking for

Overall our stay was very nice. Location of the resort and the resort itself were great. We had some issues though, the couches in the unit were very uncomfortable and we were not allowed to adjust the thermostat at all, our room had to stay at 71 degrees at all times which is uncomfortable to us. Also the bedroom stayed considerably hotter than the rest of the unit at all hours which made sleep very difficult.

Pleasant stay. This place was extremely clean and the perfect location. Hosts were very responsive. Everything was perfect. When we got there a sign in the lobby read that the spa heater was broken and we weren't given an eta. This was unfortunate as that was a major part of the reason we selected this place. We asked the host if they had any further information. They said they would look into it. We pivoted and found plenty of other entertainment in the area.This was no fault of the condo or the owners, but they made it right. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay, clean, well maintained but not enough parkin in the garage

We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom condo with 2 kids. There were 2 pull-out sofas. The condo is in a great location to the beach & restaurants. We will be coming back to rent from here again. It was easy to check-in & check out

Nice location and property

The property looks like the pictures, the only confuse thing is the parking lot, you need to park in the west parking and the first moment is a little bit weird to find that spot. 100% recommend!

Great property

Great location and easy access to so much shopping and entertainment. Also, we were amazing to get a notification that early check in was available for our unit. We never gotten such a notification ever . We would definitely stay at this property again .

Laundry machine noises. Kitchen was fineBed hard as a rock. Living furniture needs updated cushions kept sinking in the couch. They changed the code on the gate during my stay and never contacted me to let me know. Tv didn’t work in the living room for 3 days and they never returned my calls or text messages

Our local team has checked your concerns and confirms that the TV works. The origin at Seahaven Beach condo has a few local channels on the property, and we regret that you had problems with it. Compensation has been provided for the loss of amenity and the inconvenience caused. The washing machine was looked at by maintenance, and they did not hear any noise. While we understand that sleeping preferences vary widely, the mattress has been mentioned to the owner. It's a fairly new mattress. We appreciate your comments as they help us understand the guest experience better, and we hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future.

We really enjoyed the size, decor and amenities the unit had. The location was good enough to access others locations but far from most restaurants. We would have enjoyed the beach view but there wasn’t availability on that side.

Decent Condo But it needs a few things

The condo overall was beatiful and clean. However, the dishes were filthy. The bed in master bedroom was extra firm...basically it felt like plywood. The unit lack clear instructions. It also lacked enough pots, pans and utinsels. The unit did not have enough blankets or pillows. The wrist bands were horrible. The bands were uncomfortable and had to be cut off. The garage parking was poorly designed.

Overall enjoyed stay, but a few bumps

Room is exactly as pictured and was very nice & clean when we arrived. The only issues we had were that we were never given a parking gate access code. When I called to ask what the code was they gave me the wrong code. So we had to hunt down the hotel security to get back in. We were also never able to connect the wifi in the room. And the thermostat is set to 72 and cannot be changed. Got a little hot at night. Bed was very firm. And the shower is very slick! And doesnt drain good. Could benefit from putting some kind of nonslip shower mat in it. Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

Amazing and great value!

We stayed the entire month of January. The long term rental rates are among the most affordable we could find in the area, especially for a modern condo right across the street from the beach. This is one of those rare rentals where it is exactly as the pictures depict. Super clean, and plenty of room. We love the full size kitchen (many condos don't have this) and the bathroom is huge! Having laundry in the condo is a plus as well, though the building does have guest laundry on the first floor. As for the location, it's about a mile to Pier Park, Sharkey's is right next door, Gulf world is three blocks away, and a 5 min walk and you are at the water's edge of the Gulf! Check in process was easy. The only thing I'd recommend is if the parking garage is near full, it would be advisable to use the satellite lot if you have a truck or larger SUV. However, this was not a problem for us as we stayed during the off season. Also amazing, the pool deck and hot tub area! There's is a decent gym located on that level as well. WIFI is solid, My wife and I both work remotely and never had any problems. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!
