The travel agency is awful. The person we talked to was not able to help us as they were not knowledgeable about the property. We were given the wrong pool code so could not even use the pool the first 2 days. Instead of just giving us a new code they had to put in a “work order”. It took 2 days to fill the work order. Could not give us directions to the pool to make sure we were at the right one. The service was awful so we couldn’t not call easily and talk to anyone. It also said 2 cars were allowed. They could not tell me where to take extra vehicles. When we got there the entry key pad did not work.

Very nice property.

Very nice property in a good location. Nice amenities. Beds were a little hard but okay. Could of had more towels in the bathrooms.

Everything looked great, and we had a wonderful time. We saw multiple dead VERY large roaches both on the deck and inside the house. Today while I was packing up to leave I saw 1 live one inside the house. Someone might need to spray, Thanks, Jill Carr
