Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway, such as Lagoon and Oasis styled pools and fitness center. Enjoy a BBQ poolside by using our community Grill area. Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores!

Due to its prime location, Sterling Shores is exactly what you need to enjoy a family-friendly vacation! You'll be near many dining options like The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Amazing views and amenities

The amenities at this place exceeded our expectations. From fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms to modern bathroom, everything was thoughtfully provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Loved this condo!

We really enjoyed this condo. It’s very spacious and was perfect for our group! It’s very easy to get to, right off the elevator. Pool and beach access was great. The grounds are very pretty! Location is also great. All around excellent experience and would definitely recommend!

Great Condo, Amazing Location

We have visited Destin six other times before and this was one of the best condos we have stayed in. It worked perfectly for our family of 8. The two master suites were nice in that the two couples didn't have to compromise on who got the master. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Great unit and location

Loved the layout of unit 512, the stained concrete floors and all of the furnishings. That Murphy bed TV stand in den was awesome. All of the beds were comfortable, tons of storage space, and kitchen was well-equipped.

Great location!

Loved this place and will come back. The location was amazing. Great view of the ocean and pool. Large condo....lots of space! The condo itself was very clean, but we were here for three weeks and the outside was sometimes not very clean. People were leaving their trash without taking it to the trash shoot and it would sit there for several days. We were right by the elevator and trash accumulated there several times.

Sterling Shores - The Most Ideal Location

We have stayed in this building six times, all in different condos. You can't lose with this location. This was our first stay in this condo. The layout and pictures matched the pics exactly. The mattresses were older, uncomfortable, and need to be replaced, as well as the TVs. While we were at the beach and spending little time in the condo, I was surprised at the size and quality of the TVs. TVs are too inexpensive not to provide a decent size, smart TV in 2024. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and Destin, as always.

Amazing Vacation!

This place is absolutely beautiful, my family enjoyed eating breakfast in the balcony with the beautiful view of the ocean and condo grounds. It is convenient to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and you can order through door dash. We got locked out of the condo due to the door’s lock battery leaking but Vacasa especially Lawana went above and beyond to make sure my family is well taken care of during this time. She went to the property after hours to handle the matter and also issued us some refund due to the inconvenience then the property manager also checked on us the following day. We absolutely love it and will definitely go back next year!

July 2018 Stay

As always Sterling Shores is absolutely a great place to stay with kids of all ages. The HUGE pool has an entire section that is shallow so the little ones can play without worry while the older kids can swim in an entirely different area (plus there is a second pool beachside). Don’t let the little street between the large pool and the beachside pool make you think this isn’t a beach resort! All of the condos face the beach and Gulf and sterling owns the property all the way to the water! We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were the first guests to stay in 512 since the new owners renovated it. They did a fabulous job. It’s beautiful and we didn’t want to leave. Keep up the good work Sterling! We’ve been coming here off and on for twenty years and love it every time!
