Cozy vacation home (95 sqm) in the Fichtelgebirge - perfect for nature lovers

Our vacation home is located on the quiet outskirts of Höchstädt, offering views of the Fichtelgebirge mountains and situated between the three towns of Marktredwitz, Wunsiedel, and Selb. The Fichtelgebirge is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides; some routes even cross the border into the neighboring country of the Czech Republic. Lake Fichtel or Lake Weißenstadt are perfect for short walks along the water. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, the thermal baths in Bad Alexandersbad or Weißenstadt are the perfect places to visit. You can explore vehicles from every era of automotive history at the Automobile Museum in Fichtelberg. The collection features more than 500 exhibits and is definitely worth a visit. Whether for cross-country skiing, tobogganing, or downhill skiing, the Fichtelgebirge is a delight even in winter! You’ll find a bakery, a butcher shop, and a store for your basic shopping needs right in town. The Fichtelgebirge offers countless opportunities, especially for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers! Our cozy, single-story Kornberg vacation home measures 95 m² and features electric blinds and underfloor heating. The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a full-length mattress. The master bedroom also has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster) and leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy living room, complete with a TV, couch, and wood-burning stove, is perfect for relaxing TV nights or game nights. Firewood for the stove can be purchased either on-site or at the nearest home improvement store. The bathroom, featuring a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet, rounds out the overall experience. Please remember to bring your own towels. You can relax wonderfully on the vacation home’s terrace, which features patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. The one-time final cleaning fee of 115.00 EUR is not included in the price and must be paid on-site upon arrival. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee (7.00 EUR per pet/night).
