Family-friendly attractions like Ripley's Believe it Or Not! and WonderWorks are just a mile from home. If you're willing to venture a bit further, County Rd 30A offers dining options and scenic seaside communities for strolling.



At home, take in the views from the private balcony or lounge in the recently updated living room while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The tidy full kitchen makes it easy to plan everything from beach picnics to homemade meals. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and free WiFi.



Things to Know

Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
