The Space:

This spacious, family friendly condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private and furnished, walkout balcony! Beautifully decorated in coastal blues and grays, this vacation rental compliments the resort and its surroundings. The condo has an open floor plan with an oversize, well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors, plus all utensils, cookware, and tableware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, while the open living area houses a comfortable queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool, lazy river, hot tub, and a fitness room.



Things to Know

Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

This was an amazing resort!

This resort was amazing for a family of 10. Kid and adult friendly alike. There was always something to do. We even saw a wedding on the beach! We are planning our next trip back already!

Great Family Vacation

Second time to Waterscape, we had unit B200 overlooking the ocean, the property is very clean, the pools were clean and plenty big, the lazy river was a hit for the youngest traveler. The unit had a great view of the ocean, it could use some updating but all in all we had a great time!

Great location, magnificent views

Location of this unit is perfect. Beautiful views of the beach and the pool area. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 5 children. There was some mold on the ceiling of master bathroom, but otherwise unit was pretty clean. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Enjoyed the stay

Property was very nice. Set up with pool areas and proximity to beach and stores/ restaurants was convenient. Condo could us some upgrades specifically to its second bedroom. Bad wasn’t in good shape and squeaked a lot. Closet doors were not functioning and off track when we entered the room. Room could of used a better cleaning for new tenants. Overall place was nice with beach views through the balconies.

Overall Waterscape property is great...staff does good job keeping grounds clean...beach awesome..

We were disappointed with the unit we rented....unit isn't as nice as pictures online....bedroom carpets are dirty and need replaced....kitchen stocked with minimum needs...needs Keurig coffee machine as that's what most use now and expect....mattresses are new in 2017 however linens ...spread etc are old and worn....all furniture is old and you can tell it....one bedroom closet door would not open thus could use only half of closet...trundle bed could not be used as the pull out bed was stuck thus that was not used....dryer takes forever to dry and needs replaced....this waa our 7th stay at Waterscape and the worse unit we have stayed in ....expected better quality for what it cost....ok if pricing for week was lower

Not Impressed

Upon arrival, the unit was hot and took until the evening of day 2 to actually cool down. Also, upon arrival, while unpacking tons of food-the refrigerator did not work- and the best part- maintenance knew about that issue and did nothing about it before hand! So let’s wait until guests check in with cold food and have to call the lobby about it before we fix it. Smart. Then- we go to the master bathroom, and there’s feces smeared on the wall! I’m not sure how “housekeeping” did not catch that, along with all the cob webs in every lamp in the unit. I’m also not sure the windows have ever been cleaned. You book this room for the views, but you can’t see through the sea spray. Additionally, the linens on at least the master bed are stained, the couch pillows are stained, the master bed has an awful squeak with any little movement, and the bunk area is just not in the least bit inviting. The pictures on vrbo do it way more justice than it is worth. For the amount of money paid to stay in this unit, with all the issues we had, I’d look elsewhere. People are more worried about “Covid” than cleaning human waste off of walls.
