The Space:

Enjoy a homey retreat just a short drive from the beach! Set on a single floor, this family-friendly space includes an enclosed backyard where the kids and dogs can run around. Inside, central air conditioning and ceiling fans will help keep everyone cool. Pull the room darkening shades closed if you need to keep it even cooler! A desk workspace in the living room is perfect for anyone who needs to finish up remote work before heading to the beach. Everyone's swimsuits can go through the private washer/dryer and be ready in time to head out. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a stone standalone shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared neighborhood pool during their stay - the fun just doesn't stop!



What's nearby:

Gulf Shores Public Beach is only four-and-a-half miles away, perfect for guests who want to enjoy the beach but still come home to a quiet space. When you need a beach break, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo lies just over two miles from the condo. Waterville USA is just under four miles from the condo and offers full waterpark attractions, mini golf, an escape room, and much more. Enjoy a shopping break at Tanger Outlets Foley, just six-and-a-half miles away!

Clean, Quiet, Great Location

Condo was extremely clean and exactly as listed. The location was great, close to both the Foley area and the beach. Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

As we go to say our fair wells I will say over all we made it work but very disappointed over all. They did come through and get a new mattress and attempted the outlets in master bedroom but only one ended up working. The relay switch will light up but did not work. There was not an attempt to get the tv as seen in the picture in interior bedroom. The maintenance man said he was never told. I’m sure you will be hearing about the torn up topper that was crammed in the closet from the next tenants. That was just a little tacky. This is also a community where people live. There is nothing about separate pools. Believe me if you get into the wrong pool, everybody comes out of the woodworks.

Great place!

This was very clean and even bigger than I thought. I loved that it was in a safe quiet neighborhood and that it had a fenced in backyard. The publix right down the street was super convenient for groceries too. Hoping to stay here again!

Great place and location. Sparse supplies...bring everything you'll need in the kitchen including salt/pepper. I thought some basics would be there.

Great Stay at Cotton Creek Estates

Cute little “hidden gem” in Gulf Shotes. Beautifully furnished, comfortable condo convenient to all the attractions. Very clean. Not right on the beach but much more reasonably priced than the ones that are. Perfect for golfers and shoppers and people who just want a quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Gulf shores townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We only had one issue with the front door lock but it was resolved quickly. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room sofa. We would stay here again.

Perfect!! Close to everything!!

Family getaway with our youngest son and his family which included our 2 year old grandson. It was his first trip to the beach. The house was close to everything so making several trips so he could nap was perfect!!! Plenty of room and the pups loved the back yard!! We will definitely be back!!!
