We appreciate your feedback, Philip. It’s great to hear that you found the condo nice overall. We understand that a comfortable mattress is important, and we’re sorry to hear the master bedroom mattress didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the hot tub and sauna, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by their unavailability during your stay. We strive to keep our amenities in top shape, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As for the parking fee, we do aim to provide clear information about all costs, and we will work on improving our communication to ensure guests are fully informed before their arrival. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to have the chance to host you again in the future.
