The stylish Villa Capricho is located on the southern tip of Lanzarote. Villa Capricho features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), and an additional toilet, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, and satellite television. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool, a garden, and a terrace with both covered and open areas as well as a grill. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance, just five minutes (450 m) away. The nearest beach, Playa de Montaña Roja, is a 15-minute (1.5 km) walk from the villa. Lanzarote Airport is a 30-minute (33 km) drive away.

A superb villa in a fantastic location.Well presented throughout - a large villa for 6 people with a good sized pool.The A/c is via a coin meter which we did not realise but would not stop us booking this property again in an instance.The couple that manage the property were very good and communicated very well.Only thing to be critical is that we could have done with more kitchen utensils and an extra baking tray !!!

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Capricho - the villa is very spacious with everything you could need and shops/restaurants within walking distance. The hosts (Lucia and her husband) were fantastic and very friendly. They met us on arrival and showed us around the villa and then met us again on departure. Lucia also provided excellent information regarding things to do, see and places to eat. We will definitely be back to this villa in the future.

Fantastic Holiday

This was our second time staying at Villa Capricho and yet again we had another fantastic holiday. The villa is very well equipped, providing you with everything you would ever need and has plenty of space inside and out. It is located in a lovely peaceful area with some excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Yet again Lucia and her husband were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I'm sure we will be back again in the future.

We’ve stayed in this part of Playa Blanca a number of times now & really enjoy it. Villa Capricho was perfect for our family, quiet location, well equipped, plenty of space inside and out for us all, spotlessly clean, everything we wanted. Lucia was great … helpful, accommodating, answered messages almost instantly. We had a fabulous time.

Best villa we have used in Lanzarote

From the week before the communication was spot on, lots of information on arrival for things to do, where to shop. The villa was actually one of the cleanest with lots of little extras to help you settle. Pool was cleaned regularly during our stay and fresh towels and bedding half way. We really loved staying here and are not even at the airport and checking our diaries to book a return. Another plus for us is the air con is pay as you go so you can monitor what you spend and not get a bill at checkout, this was also good with the children as they checked the meter and not once left any air..con on when they left Thier rooms. We visit Lanzarote yearly but Lucia and Gonzola make the villa stand out, the location is so peaceful you really relax. There is now no other place to stay for our future trips. Thank you so much for a fabulous trip.

Excellent Villa - our best yet!

Pros: The villa certainly lives up to the photos. There is plenty of space and it is well laid out with the master bedroom being particularly good. Loads of coat hangers in the wardrobes (which is often an issue in rentals). The pool and surrounding areas were fantastic - easy to spread out. A beautifully landscaped garden area, which is automatically lit up at night and very nice not to be overlooked. Lucia and Gonzalo were excellent hosts - the very best we have ever experienced. Really helpful and friendly communication without being over bearing and negotiated times to suit us to come clean the pool and refresh bedsheets and towels. We loved the fact it is in a quiet area with easy walking access to the local shops and restaurants - loads of eating options meaning you won't need to travel any evening if you don't want to. A walk up Montana Roja is a must, particularly to see the sunset. Hope to return again. Cons: The coin operated air conditioning was not obvious at the point of booking (although I believe it is now). Each room is operated separately with one central meter box. You will spend a fair bit if you have it on all the time! Make sure to arrive with some 1 or 2 euro coins. Kitchen could do with more cutlery and utensils and another chopping board - loads of pots, pans and glasses though. Perhaps some plastic cups for use outside might be good. Small things in the grand scheme!!

Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Aussenbereich. Der Verwalter Lucia und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um alle Belange. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Agréable séjour. Belle maison qui mériterait quelques investissements en équipement cuisine simple

Pros: Emplacement en fin de rue, donc vue dégagée Très beau jardin ( le plus joli du quartier) et bel éclairage la nuit Piscine chauffée Belle surface, beau volume, et maison propre Bon wifi Beaucoup de rangements (placards) Personnel d’accueil qui gère la maison très attentionné et à l’écoute. Cons: Système a paiement par pièce pour l’air conditionné ou chauffage ( inadmissible pour une location) Ballon d’eau chaude trop petit. Impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude pour 4 douches Cuisine mal équipée pour une maison qui se veut familiale, lave vaisselle de petite taille, absence de machine Nespresso pour le café, petit grille pain. Literie à revoir dans la chambre au lit double

Lovely stay

Beautiful Villa. Exactly as described. Lucia and Gonzalo the property managers were lovely and communication was excellent.Would definitely stay here again.
