気になった点 : 清潔度
The condo was good size, location and well equipped. Great view and large balcony. Loved orange beach area. Unfortunately Avari, the management company, was very slow to respond. The microwave was broken the first night, next the garbage disposal leaked. They would not respond until we contact VRBO to report lack of response. Talking to Avari via text was like talking to a polite AI who intended to do nothing. Ultimately the leak was fixed roughly 24 hours after reporting, and microwave was replaced on 4th day of our stay. There was hair in shower and fabric shower curtain was filthy so I took it off, not wanting to touch it. Dishes were clean and unit appeared to have been swept, but not under and beds. Ultimately, I would stay in that building again, but not in a unit managed by Avari.
