Two additional guest suites, one king and one queen, each offer private ensuite bathrooms and thoughtful finishes throughout. A dedicated bunk room with four full-size beds, its own flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors opening directly to the pool deck makes Casa Caoba an exceptional choice for families with kids.

Outside, the heated infinity pool overlooks the canal with an almost seamless connection between water and sky. The shaded lanai with Sonos audio, two fire pit areas, a private courtyard for 10, and the canal-front yard leading to the private dock give every guest their own piece of paradise, morning to night.

GETTING AROUND
A rental car is strongly recommended and for most guests, essentially a must. Providenciales is a driving island with no public transportation and limited ride-share options. Having your own vehicle gives you the freedom to explore Grace Bay, visit local grocery stores and restaurants, and make the most of everything Provo has to offer. Car rentals are available at the airport and from several local agencies, and we are happy to share our recommendations upon booking.

The villa includes a private driveway with ample parking for your group. Four bikes are also available for leisurely rides around the Leeward neighborhood, and families and groups especially love having them on hand.

One important note: in Turks and Caicos, driving is on the left side of the road, which can catch first-time visitors off guard. This applies to cyclists too, so stay left and enjoy the ride!

On the water, you are already set. The private dock, kayaks, and paddleboards mean that some of the best destinations in TCI are accessible right from the backyard.
