Why they chose this property
This is the most desirable neighborhood in Los Angeles. Just a 10 minute walk to Sunset Junction great coffee, shops restaurants anything you might need. There is a coffee shop two blocks away as well. That is very charming. I will provide all information upon booking.

This is a very charming property, old Hollywood style arch ways with an incredible view.
The vibe is awesome, you can hang out under the avocado tree and dine on the teak picnic table. Loads of fruit trees.
