Melrose Place is a very special street in West Hollywood and home to Alfred Coffee and Melrose Place Rooftop Lounge. We are just steps away from La Cienega and Melrose restaurants including Yeasty Boys Bagels, Kreation and Catch Steak just to name a few!
Walking distance to Cedars Sinai (1.1 mi)and just a short drive to Kaiser WLA and UCLA medical centers. 20 to 30 minute drive to, Southern California Hospital, Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Southern California Hospital at Culver City and many more.
Every Sunday Melrose Place host one of the best Farmers Markets in Los Angeles and there are a plethora of grocery options if you prefer to cook in our beautiful updated kitchen.
We offer a minimum 31 day stay making your stay exempt from city taxes, Discounts with longer term stays at 60 days, 90 days and over available.

During the pandemic I began offering month to month rentals to provide better housing options for the Health Care worker coming to our area. My fully furnished have become very popular for heath care workers and business professionals coming to Los Angeles.
