GREAT property! The house looked just like the pictures and was pristine. Perfect location just down the street from the beach. The separate “apartment” was perfect for our son. You will enjoy it!

We loved staying at this property and hope to come back in the future! The kitchen was well stocked. My teenager loved having the efficiency apartment to escape from his younger sisters! The beds were comfortable. The location was great and walking distance to the beach. There was even a “beach library” on the walk to the beach to borrow beach toys. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help me get something I had accidentally left behind. Thank so much for an amazing stay!

This place was immaculate. The pictures do not do it justice. We were so scared to sit down or use with 3 little girls. My cousins called me the landlord app weekend. That's how nice it was. The little casita attached was amazing too. For couple or my daughter for her bday. I would give 5 Stars on everything except, we finally figured out the door the last day. That it was a hurricane door bit owners fault. But my only complaint was they shut off water line to fridge so no cold water. But I managed to turn ice machine back on. But barely got ice. We all wanted ice water at the beach after swimming in salty water all day. Otherwise we had a blast. And it was a gorgeous house. Oh yeah they left 2 pods for espresso machine. I looked all over to get more. So if you know 4 adults are staying 2 nights . Leave 8. So we reach can have coffee in the morning. There was a coffee pot but you would need to buy everything for it. And pods have to order on Amazon. Oh and we all took shower down stairs before taking showers in clean bathroom upstairs and that was so nice. So only 1 real complaint other just wish we had more coffee.

This is a great home!! VERY well appointed and super attentive host! The bottom patio has plenty of seating and is protected on both sides from the neighboring houses so you don’t have to worry about anything except what’s going on in your space. The upstairs deck was also great, nice view of the waves and a good breeze! Short walk to the beach, and not much traffic on the road. Would definitely stay here again!!

We are originally from Montana and vacationed in the Bolivar Peninsula with friends for the last 20 years. We have always enjoyed the Texas hospitality and the less restrictive beach environment. We bought the cabin in 2021 and moved down to the Houston area to be in the warmer weather all year long.
