We had a great stay! The home was clean, cozy and comfortable. The host was responsive, friendly and made the check-in and check out process easy! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

The property was as listed, not recently remodeled but clean. While not recently remodeled the very squeaky floors under the carpeted areas ( the majority) were very annoying. The non carpeted areas were completely quiet. Communication was a bit disjointed between Fairly and VRBO. I received check-in instructions from Fairly but not check-out instructions. When I finally viewed VRBO messaging I found the check-out instructions and found the messages listed much more detailed and complete. It was disappointing to not find any documents in the unit regarding check-out, operation of the TVs, or anything else. It was also disappointing that the link to the property took me to VRBO rather than Fairly. I didn’t find out about Fairly until after I paid, including VRBO’s fee, when I investigated why I was receiving e-mails from Fairly and found Fairly’s lowest price declaration. I was not happy!

We have been coming to Black Butte for years with a large group of kids. This house was fantastic. Location is superb; easy access to Glaze Meadow and the Lodge. It's also on the edge of the ranch, so we saw deer and elk outside our back door! Well laid out with three rooms, two bathrooms and large family room. We were worried about no AC, but the house remained very comfortable, even in the high 90 degree weather. Thanks for sharing the house!
