RECENTLY RENOVATED CONDO with WiFi included (Mid May - Mid Sept.) Brand new Master Tiled Shower and new Vanity just installed for the 2016 season (not yet shown in pictures). This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 (2 Adults plus 2 or 3 kids). Very clean and comfortable one bedroom condo plus a den (which nicely serves as a second bedroom) with 2 full baths, a private elevated balcony, and first-floor convenience to the pool. This unit is in the Center Court building with the most fun and unique pool of the FOUR pools in the complex. This pool is especially fun for the kids, big and small.

In addition to the kiddie pool with water spraying from 4 different sources, the main pool is a three tiered pool with a tile slide connecting the second tier to the third tier. It is a short 2 minute walk through the complex until your toes are on the private beach of Seapointe Village.

At the southernmost tip of Wildwood Crest NJ, just 3 miles from Cape May, is Diamond Beach. This area is truly a gem; it is very quiet and private. Within Diamond Beach is Seapointe Village. This 17 acre complex is gated, with 24 hr. security and is very very private. You will feel like you are in a Caribbean resort.

All of the pools have hot tubs and BBQ grills. Also on the grounds are a gym, dry sauna, steam room, arcade/game room, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and a beautiful private beach with a deli hut that provides service to the pools. Call from your cell phone and order lunch to be delivered to you by the pool, you will feel like royalty.

In the Master bedroom there is a queen-size bed. The family room couch also opens to a queen-size bed. The Den is a multi purpose room. It is great for the kids to use as a TV room/bedroom. They can watch their shows or hook up their play station to the TV. Then at bed time the Day Bed with Trundle offers 1 large bed or 2 twin beds. This room gives the kids privacy and freedom. Of course the den can also be used by adults for sleeping as well.

There are 3 flat screen TV’s with dozens of cable channels in the Master Bedroom, the Den, and the Family Room. The Family room also has a DVD player. There is a small stereo and CD player in the family room. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for up to six people. There is a washer/dryer, central air, and two ceiling fans. You have your own private balcony with a small table, 2 chairs, and a reclining chair to enjoy the summer nights. All linens and towels are supplied.

Various stores are a short 5 minute walk away for your morning coffee, bagel and newspaper and many other items. Also nearby are a Liquor/beer store, a Tavern, a fine Italian restaurant, a pizza/steak shop, and Miniature Golf. There is also a clothing/beach novelty store that sells everything you need for the beach. All of this is a 5 minute walk from the Centre Court building, just outside the back of the complex.

The outdoor Mall Area of Cape May is 5 miles from Seapointe Village. You are just minutes by car from the Victorian splendor that the town of Cape May has to offer. Please visit the Cape May web site below for activities in the area. In addition, the exciting Wildwood Boardwalk and Piers are just minutes away by car. You can also take a trolley ride for a small fee to the boardwalk just a few blocks from Seapointe Village. Leave your car at Seapointe when you go to the boardwalk and do not worry about any parking hassles or expenses.

You can park one vehicle in the complex with a parking tag that will be issued. If you have a second vehicle, it can be parked outside the back gate without a tag. One electronic gate card will be issued so that you can access the complex with your vehicle by swiping the card. All pool facilities are open from May to October. Beach tags must be worn by all within the complex. You will not soon forget your time at this condo and at Seapointe Village.

Perfect family beach vacation

We love Seapointe Village and have stayed in a few different condos over the last couple of years. Each stay has been amazing and this one was the best due to the location and convenience of this condo.

The owner is really responsive and proactively provided a lot of information leading up to our stay and texted reminders the day of our arrival and departure which was really helpful to have important info handy on my phone. We liked that there was an access code for the condo vs having to stop at a realty office somewhere to check in/out for keys...that's just a pain before/after a long drive with kids. Made it easy for everyone to come and go (especially kids) while keeping the condo secure and not having to worry about keys...it's the little things.

The condo is very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. Everything is updated and contemporary. It was clean and well stocked when we arrived. Our family staying in another condo commented a few times that our place was stocked much better than theirs..specifically the kitchen.

We chose this condo because it was in the Centre Court bldg which has pools, playgrounds and other amenities geared toward families with kids. It's also very close to the beach. We loved going to the beach in the morning and BBQing by the pool in the afternoon and early evening. It was never crowded or loud...everyone there was low-key and polite making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The beach is private with restrooms and a food shack for breakfast, lunch, snacks and summer treats (popsicles, water ice, etc). There's also a great coffee shop and beach bar nearby.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family beach vacation and will be back again next year!

Wildwood crest condo

The complex is lovely. One pool overlooks ocean. The kid pools were amazing! The complex is quiet serene and safe. The beach is civilized and mellow. Kitchen is well appointed. The matresses were comfortable. Bring your own linens if you don't want to wash dry and make beds before leaving. The big bed has good linens. Great for a family of four.

Wonderful Condo

We loved the condo. It was great for a young family, easily accessible to pool, park, beach, and a small coffee shop. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Michael was very helpful in booking our trip and making sure we enjoyed the stay. We look forward to coming back.

Always an amazing time at Seapointe!

My husband and I have come to Seapointe for several years and this is the first time we stayed at this location. It was much better for our family because with 2 small kids it's great to be close to the pools! The condo was nicely decorated with all the amenities that you need! We found it to be very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly.

Great weekend stay

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo. It was close to the indoor pool which my daughter loved since it was chilly in April. The condo was decorated beautifully and came with everything you need! Seapointe village is absolutely beautiful!
