Kaiser's single room 2 - apartment in Franconia (Herrieden), for 1 person

In a relaxing natural setting, you can leave the stresses of everyday life far behind. With Single Room 2, you’ll enjoy a small but charming vacation apartment where you can cook to your heart’s content and unwind.

“Single Room 2” (or Single Studio 2) is located on the first floor. You’ll pass through the stylish barn to reach your 15 m² attic studio. The fully furnished space includes a wardrobe, a table, two chairs, a cozy single bed, and a TV.

With the single kitchen and refrigerator, nothing stands in the way of cozy cooking sessions. To air out the room, open the large skylight. If it gets too sunny, you can darken the room in a flash thanks to the electric roller shade.

The bathroom is located in the hallway. It’s also available for use by Single Room 1—as are the dryer, washing machine, and shower room (with window and toilet) on the first floor.

A private bathroom can be booked if available (+€5 per night surcharge).
