We're Steve and Sarah, outdoor enthusiasts living in NC with our children, pet chickens, dogs and cats... One of our lifelong dreams was to have own own place at the beach. Over Christmas break back in 2016, we took the plunge and made that dream come true. We'll never forget that joyous feeling when we stepped foot on our first ocean front balcony! We had so much fun designing, renovating and ultimately chatting with guests, we dove back in and purchased a second condo in 2017. Since then, we've added more! We are excited to share our dream with you!

What started as our hobby fueled by our hopes and dreams has grown into a carefully curated collection of vacation properties, each designed to offer the perfect blend of style and comfort. You can relax and enjoy your experience.

We manage all our own listings—meaning when you book with us, you're dealing directly with the owners who care deeply about your experience. We're available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, and ensure your stay exceeds expectations.

Unlike traditional property management companies, we take a hands-on approach to every aspect of our business. From initial concept to final design touches, we personally handle the custom design and remodeling of each unit. This ensures every space reflects our commitment to quality, style and comfort.

Our commitment to the Myrtle Beach community extends beyond our properties. We proudly serve on the Board of Directors for multiple resorts, giving us unique insight into our resorts and the Myrtle Beach area.
