Great house, had all the needs. Stayed for 4 nights. Location was great. The backyard and deck were great but we weren’t able to use much due to the amount of bugs. Basement could use dehumidifier.Weather was great and we spent most of the time on the trails. Great trails and food nearby. Would stay there again.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
No hot water, called host x 2 and she didn’t call back till many hours later. I figured out the problem and fixed it myself. House needs some work, torn curtain in bathroom. Grill very dirty, coffee pot dirty, gate on deck loose.
Morning paddles on the quiet calm beautiful lake were a daily highlight! Our group of adults and 2 kids loved this home base- fished, swam, BIRDED, walked, lounged and Bbq'd.
Truly an amazing home to stay in. Clean, spacious, well-equipped. It was our family with adult kids and spouses, so nine of us. The space was perfect. The house and it's location on a pond was idyllic. The kids took the kayaks out, we had a bonfire and made s'mores and truly enjoyed the outdoors. It was a great place for a family stay. The drive to Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor was about an hour, so it was a little further away than we wanted, but it was a great house and we will have terrific memories for years to come! Thank you. :)
