We love this property! Right on the prom only a few blocks from downtown the location is perfect. The big windows and multiple seating arrangements make this place a great spot!

Our family had a great time on our family vacation. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable old house. Lots of room for everyone and plenty to do. The location is perfect and the views spectacular.

Overall the home is nicely set-up with bedrooms and bathrooms and does allow for a beautiful view of the water and shore. The pathway in front of the home makes walking the Prom very easy. The kitchen was adequate, but could use an appropriate size garbage can and recycling can as well. Once thing I will say is my family and 8 year old granddaughter retrieved an ridiculous amount of rusty nails both in the parking area and the deck area. We left them in the kitchen on a paper towel.

Property was as pictured. Location is awesome. If a grill is listed it should be operational. If I'm dropping 4 digits on a rental, I shouldn't have to buy my own gas for the grill.

Great property. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and beach. Great place to decompress. Three couples and we all had our own bathrooms. Highly recommend….

Perfect Beach House

We loved everything about this property, the large rooms, comfortable furniture, ocean-gazing windows, and location on the prom. We were a party of 6, 4 adults, 2 kids. It suited everyone. There are enough bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms to easily accommodate a party of 3 to 4 couples. Lots of parking and alternate spaces for enjoying views and conversation while sipping wine or a cocktail.

Perfect for our families

Lovely location, short walk across the dunes to the beach and also a short walk into the main part of Seaside. Short drive to Safeway. There was an abundance of extra blankets/sheets/towels. Well stocked kitchen.
