この施設について

Welcome to Pellom's Perch. A Beautiful Oceanfront Couple's Retreat.

A 3rd floor, oceanfront, beach condo at Topsail Reef. Offering an unobstructed, spectacular view of the ocean. A rare experience on Topsail Island. At low tide you have a beautiful, secluded beach to enjoy the water and sand, or look for sharks teeth and shells. At high tide, sit on the balcony, watch for dolphins, or relax and read a book while listening to the waves and sea gulls. There's a public beach access a short, 3 minute walk away with plenty of beach during high tide. The tastefully decorated condo has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. This condo was fully remodeled in May of 2026. See photos.

Enjoyed our stay. A little dated, but great location. Short walk to more beachfront, which wasn’t overly crowded even during a holiday weekend. Great communication with the host. Lots of special touches provided.

Thank you! We would LOVE to put in a through the wall AC. We had one for years, and then the lovely HOA said they gotta go ☹️ The portable ACs were the only option. Hopefully one day we can go back to the through the wall 🤞

Paradise

What a lovely, quiet and peaceful vacation. If there is a way to stay any closer to the ocean, I would like to see it. We had an amazing time this past week, and the north end of Topsail Island is hands down one of my favorites now! Thank you again, for a wonderful vacation!
