🌿 CHERRY CREEK STATE PARK — 2-MINUTE WALK
One of the best features of this home is its location just steps from Cherry Creek State Park. Enjoy the lake, walking and biking trails, swimming, fishing, boating, paddleboarding, and plenty of opportunities to spend the day outdoors.

Complimentary bicycles are available for our guests, making it easy to explore the nearby trails.

After a day at the park or exploring Denver, come home and relax in your private backyard. The grapevine-covered pergola features comfortable outdoor seating, a fire pit table, a grill, and string lights — a wonderful place for dinner, conversation, or a relaxing evening with your group.

Spacious, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Cherry Creek State Park. Olga was wonderful to work with. She takes pride in her home and it shows. The little touches like providing chargers, a coffee bar and shampoo/body soap was much appreciated!

Super nice place in a great neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Lots of cool decorations but minimizing the little items would be a good idea if kids are staying there. Overall a great place to stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a week while I worked and we went to some Dodgers and Rockies games. Olga the host is amazing! If you need anything, you’ll respond to you right away. The house was very clean and makes you feel right at home. I got to Denver every month and I’ve made this house my primary stay. Thank you Olga. From Steve & Cindi.

One of my favorite places to stay, to date! The place was exceptionally clean, homey, and had tons of room. There were 3 adults and 3 kids that stayed and we did not feel cramped at all. The outdoor space was fantastic. The kids played football, hacky sack, and got to have fun in the hot tub. We grilled out and got to spend time on the amazing sectional outside. The house is super close to a walking trail and we were able to use the bikes to get out and enjoy the evening weather. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and every amenity was available. Best part was the communication! We had a few questions which I am sure would be annoying to others but our host was wonderful about responding and not making me feel like an idiot or nuisance. :) 100/10 recommend!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Check-in and out was very easy. Very comfortable. I wish the listing had mentioned that this is a tri-level home with the bedrooms on the upper and basement floor and the living room and kitchen on the ground level. I was traveling with my elderly father and he struggled with the stairs somewhat. Lots of beautiful decorations which were very interesting to my 4-year old, so it's more decorated than child-proofed. The rules for the hot tub state that the temp must be left at 75 degrees, so it's not actually that warm but it was still nice.
