Enjoy the ultimate mountain getaway in this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of River Run Village at Keystone Resort, perfectly located just steps from the gondola, shops, and restaurants. Sleeping up to six guests across a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa, this condo offers the ideal base for families or friends looking to experience Keystone year-round.

The entryway welcomes you with convenient hooks and a bench, perfect for gearing up before heading out or dropping ski gear after a day on the slopes. The cozy living room features a warm gas fireplace, a mounted TV, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Step outside onto the private balcony to take in views of the surrounding mountains and Dercum Square, where you can watch ice skaters glide across the rink in winter or enjoy the lively mini golf course during the summer months.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy casual dining at the breakfast bar with seating for four, plus two additional bar seats just off the kitchen, ideal for gathering, entertaining, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, a mounted TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a separate water closet for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and TV, with the second full bathroom conveniently located just off the entryway.

Perfect Mountain Getaway in Keystone

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It was cozy and well appointed with comfortable beds that made for a great night sleep after a day on the slopes. The hot tub just down a flight of stairs was fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The location couldn’t have been better – right on the square and just a short walk to the gondola making it super convenient for skiing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Loved the location. Just a few minute walk to the Gondola as well as the restaurants/attractions. Check in process was fairly easy and the communication was A. The unit itself needs to be updated a bit, mostly the cabinets, but it suited our needs just fine. On site parking in the garage was a bonus.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at our fully renovated (except the cabinets and windows) condo. All the furniture is brand new, many Italian leather seating options, fully appropriated kitchen, brand new encased mattresses and top of the line cleaning and linens provided by our local cleaning/maintenance partner. We pride ourselves in providing a great place to stay near all that River Run Village has to provide, restaurants, retail shopping, mini groceries, coffee shops and so much more! Hope you will come stay with us again soon!

We LOVED this condo! It was really close to the ski lifts and skating rink (outside the front door), and the 2-bedroom condo with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and sleeper sofa was perfect for our family of five. Our host, Ms DeDee, was extremely responsive before, during, and after our visit! The condo was clean, it was fully stocked with dishes, soap, and paper towels, and the fireplace was perfect after a long day on the slopes. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Keystone!

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
