This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features beautiful slope views. Two primary suites and an updated kitchen. Third full bathroom is a great added convenience for groups traveling together. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area offers stunning slope views and has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. The homeowner has also provided a queen-sized air mattress. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful views of the main run, mountains and Snake River.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a double convection oven. The dining area comfortably seats six people with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The first primary suite features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and stunning slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The second primary suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower and jetted tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

Unfortunately with the new construction and buildings the views you used to have are gone. Construction had loud noise early in the morning and day and they left bright lights on at night that were disturbing. Amenities and room are great and clean. Very easy check in process.

Piir communication

Half of the amenities that were stated to be offered where not in working conditions. The slide was not operable or the hot tub. There was dirty sheets on the bed when we got there. They did not communicate that there was construction inside and outside of building that started every day of the stay at 6 am and could dtill be heard up to midnight or later making relaxing impossible.

Short Walk to the Slopes

The designated parking spot in the basement was probably the best part, but being able to walk to the slopes any time was the real gem. Maybe a 10 minute walk and you're good to go. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room.

Love how Keystone has so much to do but it so much quieter than the rest of busy summit county. Pool is incredible, the rooms are wonderful, and the staff is very accessible and quick to respond to needs.

Good location but ruined by being in Construction Zone

The construction was terrible, constant noise from 7am to 9pm, diesel fumes in the pool, workers taking smoke breaks on the path to the lift and it was NEVER mentioned when we booked or we would have stayed elsewhere. The room was in shambles when we got there, coat rack torn off the wall and leaned up against the wall and the master bath toilet wouldn't flush completely, one of the comforters was still damp and we had to put a fan on it. In addition to this I would add that there were lifts in use by the construction crews all day going up and down outside our windows so we had to keep the blinds shut all the time. There were certainly no mountain views as advertised as well, our view was a plastic wrapped construction project and port a potties. There was also advertised a grill on the patio but there wasn’t one. It would be a great place to stay if these items were corrected but the construction won't be over for well over a year so I would not recomend staying here until then.

Construction

This unit is OK, not great. There is a major construction project happening directly outside the windows/deck that is between the unit and the slopes. This means noise from heavy equipment, an ugly view, and a much longer walk all the way around the job site to get to the slopes. The unit is in need of some maintenance - one broken recliner, a window that wouldn't close all the way, and a thermostat that would not contro the heat so the unit was too hot and we needed to open the window or deck door to cool off, letting in more construction noise. We liked the square footage and the third full bathroom. We would choose a different location if we return to Keystone.

Wish we knew this was happening prior to booking. The Springs 8845 was fully equipped with all our needs from utensils to plates/cups and appliances. Coffee pot did not make 12 cups very well (Overflowed coffee grounds?)Carpets could be updated especially where carpet meets bathroom tiles, seems to be an issue? Had No issues with WiFi and or connections to TV. Large enough for family of 4, even though there were 3 of us, we had extended family in other Springs condos that would visit, great large table for family games and meals.Parking was easy, however the road leading in was annoying at times due to the construction going on, bumpy road.Pool was great for the kids, when opened.Easy access to Gondola and The Village.

The property at first glance seemed fine. We arrived very late and went straight to bed. We never looked at the bed sheets. When we finally got a good view of our sheets, they had brown streak marks (won't say what it looked like) but it was disgusting. Then on day two, we went outside to sit on the patio, and on the table was a lady's fingernail. The tables had rings on them and the bathroom toilet in one of the bedrooms would work with liquids only, but not when there was any solid waste. We spent a lot of time using the plunger. While the messaging and communication were great, I can say the housekeeping staff was less than professional. After I texted back with my complaint, housekeeping was sent to change our linens, etc. Upon our return, we had clean sheets but the fingernail was still on the table along with the rings on the tables and our toilet still did not operate properly.

Lack of updated information

The property itself was great. But we booked this property base off the easy and short access to the gondola. Come to find out the access is blocked due to new construction. If we would have known this we wouldn't have booked it. We had kids with us and didn't want to have to pack everything I to the cars again and drive and re park to get to the ski resort. We could have saved a couple hundred dollars and stayed somewhere else. And the property manager said they just found out a day before we showed up that the construction blocked the access. The construction had to of been going on for a couple weeks. So either they don't check out their own properties or just leaving the descriptions and pictures wrong to keep people booking. They did give us a parking pass ($25 and they tried to get us to pay for it) for the second car but you have to park the second car a few miles away from the property. Vrbo asked how many vehicles you will have but it's pointless because the property only allows 1. Would I choose to stay here again. Probably not. There are nicer properties that have multiple parking spots and since you can't ski in or out or even walk to the gondola without having to walk pretty far might as well stay somewhere else.

Great place, needs updates

This was a great location at Keystone. The unit had nice beds and also had box fans for each room so that was fantastic. The unit was comfortable, the only disappointing thing was that there was no air conditioning and the windows were old and not working correctly so opening them was tough and we couldn't close them. The amenities were great but all of the towels for the gym and pool were dirty when we went at 7 pm and there was no staff present to help remedy.

Our stay was wonderful!

This was our first rental and the whole experience from beginning to end was better then expected. Confirmation was quick and communication was great. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We will definitely be coming back.
