The space
Welcome to your perfect Branson getaway! This cozy and spacious 1-
bedroom, 1- bathroom condo is ideal for a couple looking to relax, explore, and make memories. We’re so close to Silver Dollar City, you can hear the train whistle and almost smell the kettle corn and BBQ!

Step inside and enjoy all the comforts of home—with a few fun extras. The open living area features a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and a collection of games to keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals or enjoy takeout from nearby local favorites. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for rest and relaxation, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens and essentials.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. We’ve also provided cooking oils, a variety of spices, and coffee essentials to make your stay even easier.

Enjoy an open-concept dining and living space with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a full dining set for family meals. Entertainment includes a 57” smart TV, along with a selection of classic board games perfect for all ages.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master suite features a plush king bed, an en suite bathroom, and direct access to the back deck. For families, there’s an extra twin-size bench bed ideal for a child. Additional comforts include a smart TV, USB-charging bedside lamps, and a sound machine with 20 soothing options for restful sleep.

BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, granite vanities, and are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and also includes a small jetted soaking tub for added relaxation.

PRIVATE DECK
Take in the beauty of the Ozark Mountains from the spacious back deck—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Catch incredible sunsets and grill up a meal on the smokeless electric grill. Pet owners will love the lockable gate that offers quick access to the lawn for their furry friends.

ACCESS & PARKING
Please note: This condo is located on the lower level and requires stairs. From parking, guests descend a short flight and then 18 additional steps to reach the entrance. Inside, the condo is all one level.

Boat trailers are not permitted on-site. However, Indian Point Marina is just 3.5 miles away, and we may be able to assist with alternative parking (subject to availability and stay duration—please contact us in advance for details).

Location, location, location!
• Silver Dollar City is just down the road—skip the traffic and spend more time enjoying the park.
• The 76 Strip, Branson’s main hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, is only 5 minutes away.
• Table Rock Lake access is nearby for boating, fishing, or relaxing by the water.

Guest access
If booking this option you are getting a lower discounted rate for a maximum of 3 people and will only have access to the Master bedroom and Bathroom even though this is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom space.

Parking and Condo entry Details:
1 designated parking spot comes with the condo, additional vehicles can utilize the un-assigned spots on a first come first serve basis. The assigned spot is located right next to the access to the building. You will go a few short steps across a walk way and down a flight of 18 stairs will bring you right to the front door.

Pet Policy

We love welcoming your entire family—including dogs! To ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following pet guidelines:
• A one-time pet fee of $75 for the first dog, and $25 for each additional dog (up to 3 dogs maximum) will apply.
• This fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning. Guests will be charged for issues such as soiled rugs, chewed furniture, or other damage.
• To prevent damage, dogs must be kenneled when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Only dogs or certified service animals are permitted. No cats, birds, reptiles, or other pets are allowed.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in a noise complaint and, if necessary, involvement from Indian Point Police Department. In severe cases, guests may be asked to vacate without a refund.

Stairs

Please note: This condo is located on the lower level and requires stairs to access.
From the parking area, you’ll go down a small initial set of steps to a landing, followed by a flight of 18 stairs to reach the front door. Once inside, the condo is on one level with no additional steps.

While boat trailers cannot be stored on the resort property, Indian Point Marina is conveniently located just 3.5 miles away.
