Ein gut gepflegte Reihenhaus. Die Lage ist gut, ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Schritten erreichbar. Genug Parkplätze an der Straße auch in Hauptperson. Ein sehr gute und angenehme Kontakt mit die Vermieterin.

Reihenhaus mit schönem Ausblick

Palau ist ein quirliges Städtchen, das wir sehr genossen haben. Man läuft vom Haus ca.15 min ins Zentrum und 20 min zum Strand.

Maison avec vue superbe

La maison se situe dans une rue calme . Elle est atypique et très fonctionnelle . Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison à proximité du centre de Palau et de la plage (trajets possibles à pied entre 10 et 20 minutes) . Notre hôte a été très explicite pour notre accueil dans sa résidence. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location . Sylvie

Grandioser Meerblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kirstens wundervollen Haus in Palau. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Vor allem von der grandiosen Aussicht auf den Hafen und die vorgelagerten Inseln konnten wir nicht genug bekommen.

Zeer leuk en aangenaam verblijf.

Zeer aangenaam en leuk verblijf op een korte wandelafstand van het charmante Palau. Aangezien de rustige locatie aanwezigheid van residentiële bewoners. Nette buurt en op 1 min wandelen van een supermarktje. Kortom locatie is zeer goed voor wie niet inde drukte van de dorpskern wenst te verblijven. De woning zelf is verzorgt met een tuin op het glv niveau en een ruime leefruimte met prachtig zicht op zee en de haven met aanpalend een ruim terras. Kamers verzorgt alsook badkamer. Vlotte communicatie met eigenaar! Bedankt voor het verblijf.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, super eingerichtet, sehr schön geschnitten, für Alle Strandfans gibt es auch eine Drausendusche was sehr praktisch war! Alles in Allem waren wir rundum zufrieden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke, Super schöne Strände in der Umgebung, mit Auto alle in 15 min Umkreis gut zu ereichen. Zum Hafen von Palau vll 10 min zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberinn war stehts freundlich und Hilfsbereit!

Palau in relax e stile

La casa di Kirsten si trova in una zona strategica per spostarsi e raggiungere le spiagge lungo la costa smeralda sebbene ubicata poco fuori dal centro del paese (comunque facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata) e dal caos, in un complesso residenziale silenzioso ed elegante. L'appartamento è molto elegante ed arredato con gusto, curato nei dettagli e provvisto di ogni cosa (persino la lavastoviglie risultata molto utile). Il valore aggiunto è la terrazza e la grande porta finestra della cucina-soggiorno con vista sulla Maddalena. Purtroppo, però, vi sono delle carenze da segnalare quali la mancanza del freezer (vi è solo un frigorifero di ridotte dimensioni), la porta del box doccia mal funzionante a causa della quale ad ogni utilizzo si creava un lago ma, anche, la mancanza di una tenda nella finestra della camera da letto che non ha permesso di ripararsi dal sole, già dalle prime luci dell'alba. Anche la pulizia dovrebbe essere approfondita, vi erano ragnatele (probabilmente la casa era chiusa da un pò). Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante. Inoltre Kirsten e la sua collaboratrice Leonarda sono sempre state disponibili e molto cortesi rispondendo prontamente ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht!

Das mit Abstand schönste an dem Ferienhaus ist die tolle Aussicht auf Palau, das Meer und die Bucht vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Balkon aus! Man kann dort stundenlang sitzen und auf das Meer schauen! Ansonsten ist das Haus sauber und besitzt eine solide Ausstattung (allerdings gibt es keinen Toaster, keinen Wasserkocher und nur eine zusammengestückelte Filterkaffeemaschine). Ein großes Plus ist auch die Bücher- und Spielesammlung. Auch einige deutsche Kinderbücher sind dabei. Der größte negative Punkt ist, dass es im Wohn/Essbereich keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Sowohl die Stühle am Esstisch als auch auf dem Balkon wurden relativ schnell sehr unbequem. Und das kleine Minisofa ist zu zweit leider auch nicht bequem. Ansonsten bleibt nur das Bett als bequemer Sitzort. 2 Supermärkte liegen nur wenige Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Das Zentrum von Palau ist grundsätzlich auch fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings sind die Wege zum Teil sehr steil. Mit Kinderwagen war das durchaus eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Wir haben für neue Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gesorgt. Toaster, Wasserkocher und neue Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden 😀
