About this property

Apartment with River Views and Theater/Arcade

This is our basement apartment! Brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and fully equipped. The master has a king bed and two twin beds (a daybed and trundle). The second bedroom has a full sized bed. The ARCADE room has classic arcade consoles, shuffleboard, and a pool table is in the main family room! Our luxury home theater seats 17 and has a projector. There is an exercise bike and treadmill. The family room also has a 85" TV with a huge electric recliner sectional.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
