Guest access
Before you check-in you will receive a door code to access the cabin.

Other things to note
**A vehicle with AWD or 4x4 is recommended during summer months and required during winter months.

**The property is accessed via approximately 1/3 mile of unpaved road on a slight incline. During winter, the road may be snowy. Please drive in the center of the road to avoid getting stuck.

**The stairs leading down to the game room are steep. Please use caution and watch your step.

**Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper.

**Please note that fire bans may be in effect—guests must check local regulations before using the outdoor firepit or starting any fires.

**We welcome well-behaved dogs! To preserve the quality of our space:
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or couches.
- No cats are permitted on the property.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies.
- Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred
during their stay..

**To keep the space clean and cozy, we kindly ask guests to remove snowy or muddy boots and leave them at the door. No shoes are allowed inside the house.

**No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.

**No glass in the hot tub please. We have plastic glasses in the wine cabinet that are okay to bring in the hot tub. There are also two drink holder shelves that are provided to set drinks on.

**Please also do not leave hot tub towels outside during the winter as they will freeze and become damaged.

**Primary renter must be 25+ years old and provide a valid government-issued ID if requested. Bookings made by guests under 25 will be canceled without refund.
