Welcome to Rockhaven Cabin, a beautifully renovated and luxurious retreat nestled in Green Mountain Falls. This stunning mountain home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and family gatherings.
The cabin boasts an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a striking floor-to-ceiling rose quartz fireplace that greets you as you enter. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing any meal a breeze, and a stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience. An EV charger is available for an additional fee.
The spacious primary suite features a California king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the deck and private hot tub. A rollaway bed is available in the closet if needed. Every bedroom is equipped with WiFi, cable, and smart TVs for your enjoyment.
Rockhaven sits on nearly half an acre, offering privacy while still being within walking distance to the town center and lake. Hiking trails are abundant throughout Green Mountain Falls, check trail maps to find the right one for you. The cabin is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and close to many Southern Colorado attractions, including Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, and Pikes Peak.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including a beautiful patio with a BBQ grill, private hot tub, and a gated area to help keep your furry friends nearby.
We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available when needed. There is no on-site staff; all requests must be arranged in advance. We are readily available by phone during your stay.
Green Mountain Falls is a charming mountain town featuring a picturesque lake, gazebo, and a peaceful small-town atmosphere.
No Smoking of any kind inside the cabin. Please use the designated containers provided for disposal. High fire warnings are in place—ensure any ash is fully extinguished.
Septic System: Please only flush toilet paper (no wipes even if they say “flushable”) in the toilets. Avoid putting grease down the drains.
Water Use: Mountain water is safe to drink directly from the faucet. Please conserve water when possible.
Heating and Cooling
If your cabin has a thermostat please make sure to keep the heater on during winter months to avoid pipes freezing.
Cabins do not have AC but fans can be used to cool the cabin during the summer months.

Fire Extinguisher: Located in the kitchen under the sink.
Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors are installed for your safety.
Kitchen Supplies
Essential items are included for the use of our guests. Please use them with respect and notify the manager if an item is accidentally damaged so we can replace the items for the next guest.
Pets
Dogs are welcome but should not be left unattended inside the cabin or should be put in crates upon departure.
No pets on furniture or beds. Always clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in the outside trash bins.
$50 charge for excessive dog hair or damages.
Charges for any chewed, scratched, or broken items will apply.
