The apartment Appartamento 5 is located in the picturesque village center of Nesso, just a short walk from the shore of Lake Como. The historic village center impresses with the waterfall Orrido di Nesso, which plunges beautifully into the lake. The stylishly furnished apartment with lake and mountain views has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and air conditioning.

In the private outdoor area, you will find an open balcony with a table and chairs. Enjoy a delicious breakfast here in the morning against a beautiful backdrop, or a glass of wine at sunset in the evening with views of the lake and mountains. You can also use a small shared pool that is open from 1st June to 30th August.

Within 450-800 meters from the property you will find stores, cafes and restaurants (including the Tre rose and the Pizzeria Ness with a nice terrace), and also the bridge "Ponte della Civera" with the waterfall, one of the most famous tourist views of Lake Como, is just a short walk away. From Nesso you can take the ferry to the following places on the lake: Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo, Abbazia di Piona. Within 30 minutes by car (17,5 km) you can reach Como, and after a 20-minute drive (13 km) to Loppia you can swim at the beautiful public beaches with a great mountain panorama. Bellagio is only 34 minutes away by car (20 km). The city of Milan can be explored after a 70-minute drive (65 km).
