You can park your car under the property’s spacious carport.
The Böhl district may not be the best-known part of St. Peter-Ording, but it offers the ideal starting point for all kinds of vacation activities. A walk through the salt marshes to the beach in Böhl, for example, helps banish stress and worries during your vacation, and Böhl is also an ideal starting point for a bike ride.
The village of Dorf is also within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. If you’d like to explore the other neighborhoods, you’ll find a local bus stop right nearby. The bus is free with your guest card.

Koellers Hus Vacation Home:

Koellers Hus features modern, high-quality furnishings with exclusive details. Every single room is furnished with attention to detail and stylishly coordinated. The open entryway brings light to every floor, and in the stairwell, the blend of rustic and modern strikes just the right note.
The open living area is bright and spacious, with great emphasis placed on tasteful and modern furnishings. The open living-dining area features a cozy sofa nook as well as a spacious dining area that seats up to 8 people. Especially on stormy, gray days, the fireplace transforms the living room into a cozy oasis of relaxation.
Adjacent to this is the luxuriously equipped open kitchenette with modern appliances—here, cooking together on vacation becomes a special experience! In addition to an induction cooktop with an exhaust hood, the kitchen features an oven, a steam oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and much more. From the living area, you can step out onto the large south-facing terrace with a beach chair. Here, you can enjoy your vacation at any time of day. Whether in the cozy sitting area or in the beach chair, you can let your gaze wander over the large garden and unwind from everyday life.
There is also a spacious bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and TV. This bedroom also offers direct access to the sunny terrace. The bedroom impresses not only with its high-quality furnishings but also with its spaciousness and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a wheelchair-accessible sink.
On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, which also impress with their spaciousness and quality. The large bathroom on the upper floor is a real eye-catcher thanks to its size and luxurious tiled wall. In addition to a walk-in rain shower, it also features a bathtub.
There are three fully equipped bathrooms.
The highlight of this floor is the private sauna, located in the hallway and accommodating at least four people. Here, you can wind down after a long day at the beach and treat yourself to your very own at-home spa experience.
In the attic of the KOELLER House, there is another double bed, romantically situated beneath the gable. There is also a small lounge area under the roof for sitting, playing, and relaxing, so that everyone in this house can truly find their own personal haven, and even with eight people, there’s plenty of space.



On-site costs: • A set of bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on per person • Bathrobes are not provided; guests must bring their own. • Pets are welcome for a fee of €15 per day
