The 50m² apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living area with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Only a few minutes walk from the apartment, there are also several restaurants, a bar and a café. The nearest supermarket as well as a bakery are only 28m away. Bolzano/Bozen can be reached by car in 18 minutes (17km).
