When I decided to build my vacation home in Bariloche, my dream was to create a space where travelers from all over the world could connect with what I consider my favorite place on earth. Bariloche has been part of my life since childhood—a place I return to again and again.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The property is located in a growing yet peaceful area right in front of the stunning Lake Gutiérrez, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of Cerro Catedral, Cerro Ventana, and Cerro Otto.

It’s a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy nature, while still being just a 20-minute drive from the airport, downtown Bariloche, and Cerro Catedral Ski Resort. With shops and restaurants nearby, you have everything you need within easy reach.
