The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Beds and towels may be left as is for turnover. Trash+recyclables in appropriate receptacles located under the deck, place both bins at the end of the driveway on the right side near the mailboxes.
Deck furniture cushions returned to living room. Close and lock all windows and close blinds. The sliding window on the kitchen storm door closed.
Mini split heating and cooling systems are to be turned off. The thermostat above couch set to 55*.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No use of living room fireplace. It is inoperable.

The Chalet was built by our family in 1969, when Hills Beach Road & Sky Harbor Drive were only lightly populated.
The home continues to be enjoyed by four generations of our family.
And we LOVE sharing it with friends & family - our VRBO rentals help cover the costs of the Chalet so it can remain in our family's hands, while being enjoyed by others and rarely empty!

Hills Beach Road runs about 1.5 miles along with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other
It's a quiet area with a nice mix of year-round residents and vacationers
The private beach, just a short walk from the Chalet, is just for locals visiting the area, no parking allowed, keeps the crowds down!
The private beach is great for fun, sunning, sand castles, tide pool exploring and walking out to the islands at low tide
Load up the beach cart and go have fun!
