Beautiful home within walking distance to Kennebunkport

This bright and airy home offers open living/dining/entertaining space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, reading nook and a fully equipped kitchen. Our home is a sister rental to 1531882 perfect for combining rentals with family and friends. The property is within walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport, close to attractions, restaurants, shopping and the coast of Maine. Large front yard to enjoy the Maine air and grill completes this rental.

The kitchen is well stocked with coffee maker, microwave and pots and pans. AC units are on both levels of the home and there is a full size washer and dryer. Property is stocked with sheets, towels and beach towels.

Our home is a short deive to Goose Rocks Beach, a three mile white sand beach, less than five minutes to Kennebunk and Colony Beach. You can walk to downtown Kennebunkport and a short 40 minute drive to Portland.

COVID-19 Rules and Regulations - We will be cleaning the home to CDC standards and following State of Maine and Federal Guidelines around short term rentals.

LOVED this house!

We had a lovely stay at this darling house! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location!!! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the bustle of downtown. Girls trip to ME

The house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was so nice and our host lived next door. Our host checked on us and gave us some tips on what was going on around town. The location gives you the opportunity to walk to town. We so enjoyed our time on Laurel

One of the best

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood but easy walk to downtown! Kathy was very friendly and helpful with great information about the area. Great house in Kennebunkport

Our stay in Kennebunkport was great. Check in was easy and Kathy was readily available to answer questions. The house is walkable to town and it was a short drive to the beaches. The house is cheerful and very clean. We all, ages 72 to 3, had a wonderful time.

Perfect close to town home!

We absolutely loved staying at 6 Laurel! We’ve rented many homes around town and this was definitely one of our favorites! It’s a short walk to town (with sidewalk for stroller), warm, comfortable & clean interior and a great layout with plenty of space. Kathy is also a dream to work with from beginning to end. Highly recommend!!

A slice of Heaven in Kennebunkport

This property has everything! Location, Cleanliness, and Responsive Host. Kathy could not have been more helpful and attune to our needs. We were able to experience the Fall foliage, Kennebunkport, and relax in the comfort of this house. We could also visit with our many Maine relatives up and down the coast. Hope to be back!
