The stay is awesome, neat and tidy, had a great family gathering. Nate is super responsive and friendly. The stay is Quiet and close to skishores Inn and Emma long park. The ski shores riverside gives an European landscape feel.

We had such a great stay at this house for my bachelorette party! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a weekend with the girls. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful, and we even got to enjoy morning yoga in the huge backyard, which was such a nice bonus! The detached garage that was converted into a game room was perfect for our game night and gave us a great space to hang out together. Nate was also good about communicating with us throughout our stay. Overall, this was the perfect place to celebrate my bachelorette, and we had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

Fantastic stay near Lake Austin! The house was spotless and loaded with thoughtful touches — the master bath had amazing shower pressure and a high-tech toilet, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the TVs were brand new. The backyard lounging area and grill were perfect for evenings, and the garage party space was a huge hit with the kids. Surf Shores is just 0.4 miles away, and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet. Check-in was a breeze. We brought the whole family plus the in-laws and everyone loved it. Highly recommend!
