The Space:

This spacious river-view retreat is ready to welcome you to the Southern Oregon Coast. Nestled just under two miles from the town of Reedsport, this family-friendly home offers an ideal base camp close to Unpqua River activities, scenic hikes, epic beaches, and dune recreation. The private hot tub provides a soothing spot to rest and recuperate between adventures. An open-air deck and gas grill let you make the most of sunshine and blue skies, while the covered porch is ideal for watching the raindrops fall.



The main-floor family room features a variety of comfortable seating options while the upstairs living area sets the scene for home entertainment with a smart TV and board games. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts updated cabinets, beautiful counters, and an impressive suite of stainless steel appliances that are sure to inspire delicious home cooking. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Beautiful home

We had a very nice stay here, lots of rooms to be together in, and quiet nooks. A very well stocked kitchen. Nice comfortable beds too! We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and cozy house

Although some furnitures (bed, dresser, etc.) are old but they are still in good condition. We aren’t able to use the hot tub—though you can hear it running but was padlocked. Overall nice place to stay.

great house just the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, 3 ratty construction trailers next door sitting on the front yard. the other neighbor had lots of debris in there yard.

Interesting property with plenty of room

The house was clean and roomie ( the children had fun because it was like a maze). It has clearly been updated recently. It had amazing details like condiments, tools, the grill works great etc. Close to Dune city and Florence which we spent our days at. Would definitely rent again.

Nice/spacious home perfect for family gatherings

This Oregon coastal home was perfect for our family get together. Spacious and well stocked, we overall enjoyed our stay here. Perfect amount of space for our family, fully stocked kitchen full of pots/pans/serveware, plenty of space for our whole family to eat together, excellent family room area with a sectional sofa to fit everyone. Overall house surface seemed clean but blankets/comforters seemed musky, cigarette ashes in the master sunroom, trash under the beds, hot tub was dirty and would not stop foaming, trash bins were already overflowing when we got there so we were unable to discard any additional garbage during our stay. I think with a full 2 day deep cleaning, I would happily stay here again. Local management company was excellent in terms of communication and addressed some of the priority issues we needed to get resolved right away.

Beautiful house with well-stocked kitchen

Overall, the stay was awesome and we loved the house! We were here for a crabbing trip and it was a convenient distance to the boat launch. The house was clean and we LOVED the kitchen. It was well stocked with spices and cookware. The island also made for a nice social setting and the table was big enough to for us all to eat together. The only down side was they forgot to leave us dishwasher soap and we had to handwash dishes throughout our vacation. They did allow us to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher so we didn't have to do one load. I appreciate that. They were also stingy with garbage bags, they didn't leave us any and we had to go out and buy our own. They also didn't have instructions to use the hot tub so we had to contact Vacasa. A book of instrctions would have been nice. Overall a wonderful stay though! Still 5 stars.

Great house

This is a nice house for a large group. Never stayed this far south, but we found a lot of things to do south of us in Reedsport and Coos Bay. House was nice and had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub after playing in the cold water.
