The Space:

3329 Villamare is an amazingly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with fantastic ocean views. The open floor plan contains deluxe furnishings, upscale coastal decor and an added office space with an executive desk and a printer as well.



The living area features travertine floors, 42' HDTV, Blu-Ray player and access to the private patio. The living area also features twin AND queen sleeper sofas. The kitchen features stainless appliances, maple cabinets and granite countertops. 3 barstools can be found at the kitchen bar, and there is a dining table with 4 chairs.



The master suite features a king bed with a comfortable mattress and deluxe bedding. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan and room darkening shades. The master bathroom features a double vanity with a granite top and a spacious, tiled walk-in shower.



The guest suite features similar upgrades as the master. This space has a queen size bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



Lushly landscaped grounds greet you with palmetto palms and lagoons throughout the Villamare complex, creating a tropical feel in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Enjoy extensive decking around the oceanfront pool as well as a covered gazebo with bathrooms. Your own private boardwalk with outside shower leads to the beach. There is also a separate community picnic deck with grills, tables, benches, and swings. The complex has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and exercise facility as well.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This condo was wonderful! Beautiful, spacious interior and great location. Just be aware parking can be a little tricky because the spaces are small but that’s minor. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location by beach!

The grounds and pools were well maintained! Elevators very slow! The apartment was nice but the sofas were very uncomfortable! I would stay here again

We absolutely loved this property and hope to stay again on a future visit!! It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The access to the pool and the beach were fabulous and its proximity to the General Store and Shelter Cove was perfect!!!

Second Honeymoon

We attended a meeting next door at the Marriott. We were able to ride our bikes around the development and the Island. We enjoyed our stay very much. The decorations in the condo were great.

Great house, great support

We loved the home and the folks at Vacasa were very attentive to our needs. The washing machine broke with the last tenants but we were kept in the loop every step. Great clean and updated condo. Super close to parking and the pool/beach. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous

Clean, comfy, relaxing. Vacasa was very responsive to any questions we had. Everyone was very friendly! Would definitely go back! If you are a coffee drinker be prepared to bring filters.

Very cute condo...as shown in photos. Clean and well equipped. Villamare is a wonderful building.... very social and excellent location. Rental agents excellent to deal with. Would LOVE to return. Wish we hadn’t left.

This unit does not work for more than two people. The ability to use the balcony is a must since it provides the most comfortable seating.

Nice Location

The home was very convenient to everything near Palmetto Dunes. It was clean and we had no issues but were very concerned about breaking the multiple glass ornaments all over the tops of tables etc. Thankfully they were all intact when we left but I would strongly advise the owners to put at least half of them away. They are cute but very cluttered.

Great place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of this condo. Two big bedrooms. Master had two closets, one was a walk in. Two dressers to put clothes in. The master bath had big drawers to put all your stuff in to keep counter clear. The kitchen had washer/dryer and 4 huge shelves to use as pantry. The condo came with dish soap, two dishwasher pods, a laundry detergent, kitchen towels and oven mitt. The condo has a desk to use as office. Two balconies to eat or sit outside. It has a dining room table with two couches that have a fold out bed in each. The condo is very well decorated. The remote for tv is a little cumbersome but u get used to it. There is a binder on living room table that has WiFi info to use. The complex has indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Also outdoor pool with plenty of chairs and hot tub there as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to use same condo in the future.

Great unit

Condo was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for easy beach access. We had trouble getting the electric lock to accept the 10 digit access code provided and got stuck outside on day 2 of our two week stay. I called Vacasa and an agent apologized and opened a ticket. We waited and waited outside in the hallway for a response but got none. After a zillion more attempts and 45 minutes loitering in the hallway, the code finally worked. We stayed at the condo and practiced the code (mostly unsuccessfully) over and over while we waited for a response to our ticket. Three hours after the initial call, I contacted Vacasa again asking the status of my ticket and the agent said she'd make a note and thanked me for calling before hanging up. At this point we realized no one was coming to help. Unfortunately, the very next day we were stranded outside again and made another call to Vacasa. The agent said the notes indicated I'd been given a key. Would I really be calling back again complaining about being stuck outside if there was a KEY? This time he finally provided a lock box code that contained a key and we had easy access the duration of our trip. Very disappointed in service from Vacasa.

October 2022 Villamare vacation

Very good stay at 3339 Villamare. The main pool could be heated a bit more; everyone entering the pool said it was cold! I know our last stay quite a few years ago the pool was cold then. The only issue with the condo was that the floors could have been a bit cleaner, but overall everything else was very good:-). Villamare’s exterior and grounds could use a bit of a makeover at this point. But great location and overall vacation!

Perfect family space

Our family of 4 (including an 8 week old and a 2 year old) loved Villamare 3329 for our late-summer vacation. Kitchen was well-stocked with tools (including hand mixer and cookie sheets) for eating in, and the property had well-maintained pools for the kids. Both bathrooms were large (we easily fit a pack and play in the smaller one), and the master bath has recently been redone in beautiful glass and tile with a bench seat. Happy to see the secondary bathroom still had a tub for bathing babies. Palmetto Dunes is a lovely complex and we enjoyed walking the paved bike paths to the general store to burn off some energy when the toddler needed a break from the beach. Would gladly return.

Great location for small family

Great location. Worked for us as it was close to the beach and the pool was great. Would not recommend for families over one or two kids at most. Also, a tremendous amount of knick knacks would have been nerve racking with small kids. No smart TV's was a bit odd with really outdated tvs and cable (who has that anymore). Complex was amazing and again we were there for the beach so we had a wonderful time.

First Family Vacation

We loved Villamare! My brother and his family have been going every year and they love it. The unit was spotless and big enough for my kids to play. The pool and beach were a few minutes walk and was stunning. We can’t wait to go back!
