House is nice. Communication with property management/owner was lacking. I reported on Tuesday that the washer and dryer was not working. They asked me to drain it, etc to get it reset. The washer did not drain. We had packed and planned to be able to use the washer and dryer. By Wednesday we had gross towels and sweaty clothes, while continuing to communicate the issues. Friday afternoon, they decide to switch out the unit for a new washer and dryer. I appreciate fixing the problem, however it took 4 days. By the time we had a washer, we were leaving in 12 hours. Also - the owner gave us the wrong pool code. We could not access the pool. It became a joke among other renters. Whoever got to the pool first, had to jump the fence and let others in. One day they were power washing the units, I was first to the pool, so I jumped over the fence to get in. The power washing crew yelled and told me you cant do that, only people that stay here can use the pool, you are not allowed here. I asked for a new pool code for 6 days and they continued to give me the wrong one. Again, I got a new pool code on Friday afternoon. 12 hours before we left. Useless. There are some big communication issues going on here.

We understand how frustrating it was to report the washer and dryer issue on Tuesday and not have the replacement completed until Friday, especially when you had planned to rely on the laundry facilities during your stay. We also apologize for the repeated issues with the pool access code and the difficulty you experienced trying to access the pool. We appreciate your patience while these issues were being addressed, and we’ll share your feedback with our team for review. We recognize that receiving solutions so late in your stay did not provide the benefit they should have, and we’re sorry these issues impacted your experience.
