Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms in 2025! Lighthouse #9 offers all you need for a truly memorable HHI vacation. This Premier Property has all the space and amenities needed to maximize your vacation enjoyment. Key features are: a 1st floor Master suite with king bed, large flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, free bikes and beach wagon for the easy stroll to the beach, and free high speed WIFI. The custom kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in. Family and friends can share many memories around the large wooden dining table that is the focal point of the great room. There is a private outdoor patio with a large Weber gas grill. To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach chairs, bikes, cooler and much more.

Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach in the pool that is just steps away-heated and cooled for 8 months of comfort. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!

I would absolutely recommend this villa, the location and the management company! Villa was clean, nicely decorated and had a great layout. Pool access was just a few steps away. Beach and restaurants were in walking distance. Easy check in and check out. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice place, close to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the Weber gas grill for fresh local seafood, our go to meal most nights. Open plan kitchen with a large island was also a plus.

The house had everything that you needed. The location was in the middle of Sea Pines, which means you can get to anything with a simple bike ride or drive.

Amazing Stay in Hilton Head

We had such a great time in Hilton Head. This home was perfectly located between the beach and the Sea Pines village. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and we tried to leave it as clean as it was when we got there! The two bikes were perfect for exploring the island and Jessica gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay at their home again.

Enjoyed our stay in the Lighthouse unit. The kitchen was very well equipped. The kids really enjoyed the semi-private pool behind the unit and use of the bikes. The beach was a short walk and made easier with the use of the wagon. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Easy bike ride to Sea Pines beach club. Owner very responsive to issues: toilet not flushing upon arrival. A lot of mold in the primary bedroom shower. This property needs a deep clean and some updating, specifically the bathrooms. The description calls the property "beautifully updated" when that is not the case.

Unit 9, 9 Lighthouse Rd

Our family had a great week at the condo. It was spacious and met the needs of our family well. We'd definitely consider staying there again if we get the chance. Two relatively small negatives: 1. You're not getting your money's worth with your cleaners. 2. This may not normally be a problem (since it was RBC Heritage week), but there seemed to be too few "guest" parking spots as some guests were left to double park (one behind the other), particularly with Unit 8. Other than that, it was a fantastic week! Thank you very much!

Great Location

This property, 9 Lighthouse RD, #9, is in a wonderful location; walk to the beach and walk or ride bikes to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. There was very comfortable space on main level for 6 adults to relax with each other. It is my understanding that this unit has been sold and I have some hopes that the new owners will rectify some of the issues which are, the primary bath in bedroom on the main floor was not clean. I mentioned this to the property manager and no one was sent to clean it for us. The cabinets were filthy and floor of shower was lacking attention. Another main issue; The second story floor is extremely squeaky and the sound resonates in the primary bedroom on the first floor. We could hear every step from the floor joists squeaking made by the occupants of both upstairs bedrooms. Noise from the adjoining unit, #8, can be easily heard from the upstairs bedroom on the right. Ventilation fans in the baths are very dirty and extremely loud.

We appreciate all feedback, good and bad as it helps us to keep our standards high. All of these issues were reported to the the cleaning company and have been rectified, with the exception, of course, to the noise issues reported here. We have never received feedback about this issue in the past-the cinderblock walls usually filter out all neighbor noise in these villas. With regards to post-check in cleaning, the guest did not request this and with Covid-19 on the rise, we do not automatically send someone to the property for everyone's comfort and safety after check-in. We would have been happy to send someone, but mistakenly understood the email to be an FYI rather than a request.

Nice Sea Pines Vacation

We enjoyed our first family vacation to Hilton Head island. Sea Pines is the resort to stay at if visiting, so we were very happy with the location. This villa was almost directly across from the golf course and there are a ton of bike trails in every direction. We did see a few gators nearby, so definitely be aware of them, especially when waking pets. The beaches were about a 5 min drive, but that wasn’t much of an issue for us, as we stayed in November. The house it’s self was large, we fit 5 adults and 3 dogs comfortably. The open concept living/kitchen/dinning was great. And my parents appreciated the large first floor master bedroom. The back yard is not fenced, and shared with 3 other villas, but it does offer a small shared pool right in the back yard. The only negative about the villa would be that it was slightly dated. And the linens could definitely use an update. I also did not appreciate some of the wording of notes in the book and around the house. Some directions/notes definitely had a snarky undertone, which I think were necessary. Don’t punish your current guest for past guests’ mistakes. Over all we had a great stay and I would return again!

Overall Enjoyable!

Overall we had an enjoyable time in HHI! The unit provided the expected amenities, some of the furniture was a bit dated and some of the kitchen accessories should have been tossed or replaced, but there was more than enough utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc for our needs. We used the pool often and really enjoyed having it as part of the rental. Location wise it was centrally located for convenient acces to Harbor Town, South Beach, and the beach. 4 bikes were provided for our use. The AC worked great - had a few plumbing issues, but the property manager took care of them immediately. We would consider renting one of the units again in the future!

Family vacation

The location of this property was spectacular. Just steps to the pool and 15 min walk to beach. Property manager quick to respond when we noticed LP gas was empty for grill. The Villa had plenty of seating in living room for all of us. Kitchen fully stocked. Had everything you could use and more for the beach, wagon, tent, umbrella, and chairs. Very much appreciated. We had a great time! Property manager was always available for questions through the booking process too.

Everything you’d need for a beach trip

All we needed were bathing suits, everything else was available to us. I had brought chairs/wagon/cooler/umbrella and never had to unpack them. The actual home is beautiful and steps away from a pool. The walk to the beach is less than half a mile and with lovely views. Our first full day we saw two alligators! A very special trip and we enjoyed it immensely.

Another great week!

We absolutely love staying in this section of the Lighthouse condos. Everything is clean and well-equipped. The pool is warm enough to enjoy in March-even on some of the days it didn’t reach 70. Great location and we appreciated the bikes being included. We are really hoping to make this a spring break tradition!
