Originally from the 1950s, this family-friendly home has been renovated throughout the years to provide all the comforts and necessities of home. Bright and fun decor fills the space, appointed with thoughtful touches like smart TVs with cable, an array of board games, complimentary WiFi, and central AC. A private balcony is an ideal spot to sip morning coffee, while a full kitchen has all you need to whip up your favorite meals and beach snacks. The property was in a great location, very short walk to the beach. There is a front and back yard of grass that was great for our dog. The only shortcomings of this property are:1-there is no washer/dryer. The listing indicates this but adding this amenity would give this property five stars!2-you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the main bedroom/bath. It was just an unexpected inconvenience. This property is on the quieter end of HHI at Folly Field Beach.

It was really close to the beach and was very clean and comfortable. However, there was NOT a fenced in yard as described and no washer and dryer. The stairs was a lot to go up and down several times a day with my old dog.

This was the perfect place for our family and we hope to be repeat visitors! The layout of the house worked great with our teenager, younger child, and dog; everyone could have their own space and we could close off areas to make sure our dog stayed in the common spaces. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood, only a 5 minute to the public beach access, and a stone’s throw to the multi-use path which we took several bike rides on. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and love the easy access it offers to everything away from the more crowded areas of the island.
