Cette maison de vacances de deux chambres au dernier étage, orientée sud avec parking privé gratuit, peut accueillir 4 personnes. 

Situé dans l'urbanisation Entregolf dans une rue privée de la Costa Blanca entre Torrevieja (Los Altos) et Orihuela Costa (Villamartin). L'appartement dispose d'un grand solarium privé sur le toit avec une table à manger, des chaises, des chaises longues, un parasol, un barbecue et une vue panoramique.

En bas, il y a une terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée avec une grande table et des chaises pour manger.

L'appartement de vacances se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine très bien équipée, qui comprend un lave-linge, de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain.

Les équipements supplémentaires incluent une connexion Wi-Fi adaptée aux appels vidéo, une télévision connectée de 50 pouces avec chaînes satellite anglaises gratuites, ainsi que la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et des ventilateurs de plafond.

Amazing Location, love the area

Pros: We have been coming to this apartment for the last 10+ years, Karen the host is really good and it's always clean. There are near by bars etc and the Sunset cafe is the best breakfast around. Near by supermarkets, and ATMs, live music a few times a week near by, we hire a car from Grays Car hire which is local.

Wonderful, Karen was so kind and efficient, we will be back again!

Pros: When we arrived there were just little touches which really helped it to be less stressful- cling film in the cupboard, yea coffee and things like salt, washing up liquid etc.. makes it so much more less stressful just having little things you forget about needing whilst on holiday! Cons: I can honestly say nothing. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back!

Spotless apartment and great host

Lovely chilled out stay. Modern apartment and extremely clean. Nice quiet area and pool never busy. Karen always on jand to answer any questions. Would say car is a must if you want to explore the coast. Highly recommend

The apartment was pristine. A very warm welcome on arrival from Karen.

Pros: 2 good sized bedrooms, a lovely bathroom with a good shower over. The Kitchen had everything you could need and thankfully included an iron and ironing board. WI FI and a great TV. Balcony and roof solarium were amazing. Cons: The laid back area.

Great stay

Apartment was immaculate, great front terrace, sun all day with large rooftop solarium also, large tv with UK channels, everything you need inside comfortable bed and we’ll stocked kitchen, internet speed was sufficient for two iPads, Karen was lovely and also left us a bottle of bubbly and chocolates, a nice welcome. We will be back when possible.

Pros: Don't go there! ... would I love to write, so we could get the apartment all to ourself next summer, but the truth is, that this is a very, very nice apartment. And very clean! Good and friendly service by the owners, lots of equipment and cheap, fast wi-fi. You need a car to get around, otherwise everything is cool. Big value for your money.

Pros: Karen’s apartment was excellent while others have said you don’t need a car it definitely helps. The walk to Villamartin is about 30 mins but we had great nights with the free bands on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night excellent. We have walked both ways along the canal which is lovely also. The apartment it’s self is done out to a high quality and immaculate, with everything you need and we couldn’t ask for more. This property is well worth a visit.

Pros: A wonderful place to chill and relax. This was a last minute holiday to take advantage of October sunshine which we spent lying on the sun loungers on the roof solarium. Average daily temperature of 27 degrees and didn't fall below 22 degrees at night, we had 2 days of rain but not really a problem as we were there to relax. A car is essential as you are in the midst of a residential area which is very quiet, but extremely close to good restaurants at Punta Prima, Villa Martin and Playa Flamenca. The local supermarket is a 2 min drive and local bars and restaurants only about a further 2 mins away. Fantastic accommodation, very much home from home which served us very well, will definitely look to using your home again next year. Thank you Karen and Octavio.

A great example of the perfect stay from start to finish

Pros: The wonderful host Karen made sure she communicated from the point of booking until vacating and has thought of absolutely everything you may need whilst in the apartment.. the apartment itself was extremely clean and tidy. It is in a quiet area with a supermarket about half a mile away and the local bars and restaurants about a mile away. The communal pool is a good size with plenty of grass to lay out on or shaded area with tables/chairs if not. The highlight for us was the amazing secluded rooftop solarium where we enjoyed sun all day and BBQ’s in the evening. Can’t wait to return. Cons: You would need a car if you do not enjoy walking. It’s nearly 3miles walk to the nearest beach.

We had a brilliant time at this apartment for three weeks, spending much of our time on the large so

Pros: We had a brilliant time at this apartment for three weeks, spending much of our time on the large solarium or on the equally extensive terrace off the lounge as both are south facing. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped with double sofas, very comfortable double and single beds (we tried them all) and we were presented with an amazing welcome pack which was really appreciated at the time of night we arrived. Our hosts Karen and husband Octavia are lovely people, and made us feel so welcome. Our adjoining neighbours, of English, Belgian, Finnish and Spanish were equally welcoming, so it was just a delight speaking to them all. The location is very good, mid way between Los Altos and Villamartin Plaza, the latter being a great venue for the Sunday lunch and afternoon entertainment which was superb. With Aldi being less than a 10 minute walk away, and Via III and the Lime Bar amongst others a further 5 minutes, we didn't bother with a hire car, and chose to walk everywhere, including a trip to Zenia Boulevard (must go) and the Saturday Market (must go too), we had a great time getting to know the area and its urbanisations /commercial centres, so met loads of people and visited lots of restaurants and bars. The food is cheaper in the supermarkets than the UK, so is eating out, the food in every restaurant we dined in was brilliant, all freshly made, what's not to like. All in all, we had the most brilliant holiday, and can't thank Karen and Octavia for their great welcome, and for providing us with an apartment that we found really difficult to let go of, when the time came to leave. Can't say enough about the apartment and its location which for us didn't include the beach, but its adjacent to the bus route, or get a cheap as chips taxi, and your there in 15 minutes or less. Thank you so much for having us Karen and Octavia, it was a real pleasure, and for anyone considering this apartment, just read the other reviews and book it!!!! PS we rated the apartment 5 stars, but this couple go the extra mile, and it is 5 stars plus from us.

Pros: Mooi zwembad met ligweide maar gezien jaargetijde (november dus koud) geen gebruik van gemaakt. Wel 4x gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ en 2x strand bezocht met parasol en vouwstoelen van de woning. Prettig het grote zonneterras met ligstoelen en zitstoelen, tafel, enz. Extra kussens, parasols Cons: Voor horeca moet je met de auto. Woning in urbanisatiegebied. Maar je kunt niet alles hebben. Afstanden tot bestemmingen gering

Die Wohnung war super sauber und es war alles vorhanden( außer ein Staubsauger :D, das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau :) Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Cons: Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Fliesen lösen sich, sodass man sich an den Zehen geschnitten hat, aber alles in einem TOP!!!
