This gorgeous canal-front home boasts views of the water, a dock that can accommodate a 25-foot boat, and two private pools - one with a swim-up bar. The elegant decor and grand kitchen will make you never want to leave! The outdoor area of this home is large and great for gatherings, featuring a hammock, a firepit, a very large ice machine for fishing or margaritas, and an outdoor TV to catch the game from the pool. There is even a fish-cleaning station located on the dock!

WHAT'S NEARBY
This home is just 112 adult steps away from Sombrero Beach, one of the finest beaches in the Florida Keys. Hopping aboard a charter is easy, too; while you're at it, watch for passing dolphins and be sure to snap a few shots of the lovely Florida sunsets. This home is also conveniently close to several great restaurants and plenty of shopping options.

THINGS TO KNOW
Two paddleboards, two single kayaks, and one double kayak are available.
Four bikes are available.
There is 25 feet of dockage available for guests.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
There are Sonos speakers throughout the house, yard, and back dock.
The pool is heated to 86 degrees. If a higher temperature is requested, there will be an additional daily fee.
Please note that this home has a seven-day rental minimum.

House was nice. But it did lack some basics.Paper towels, spare toilet paper, dish cloths, dishwasher pods, Kleenex salt and pepper garbage bags. Big Pool was very cloudy.

House was great. Best beach in Marathon was steps away allowing us to walk back and forth without using a car. Pools were perfect for both children and adults. Boat dock was very convenient as we rented a boat and keep it right outside the back door.

We enjoy our stay very much! Great location, so close to the beach! Pool is amazing! Kitchen is well equipped. Fishing, kayaking from the deck . The only thing we were missing -is time, week is not enough !

Terrible experience. Code to enter house did not work. Pool was completely empty of water and took several days to fill. It never reached the advertised temperature of 87 degrees. In fact, never reached a “swimable” temperature. Furnace did not work down stairs. House and location was great but it was not ready for people to rent out. We were compensated some but not nearly enough for a ruined vacation!

Great for large family

This house worked perfectly for our family of 7! All of our adult children were able to have their own spaces and the pools were fantastic! Loved the second floor living room, too! Close to grocery store and restaurants and just a quick, easy walk to the best beach in the area! Highly recommend!

Marathon getaway

Great property! Great location! The house was perfect for our family getaway. We spent time at the beach (short walk from house), swam in the pool, kayaked in the channels, played games outside in the spacious yard. Fantastic vacation!

The kids spent hours in the pools and the adults had plenty of options for outdoor lounging. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Great location near the beach and stores. Very nice kitchen for prepping meals, and plenty of indoor space for hanging out.
