The villa Casa Colleen in Puerto del Carmen is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.

The 170 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, A/C (available in all 3 bedrooms), a washing machine as well as a TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue. Enjoy the idyllic sunbathing area on the roof with magnificent sea views.

What a lovely villa

The property was ideal in both location and quality. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Nice quiet location but close enough to experience the night life too.

The location of the villa is great, just on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen but within easy walking distance of the old town (about 10 - 15 minutes). There were a couple restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. There is loads of street parking right outside and the view up the road is idyllic! The villa was cool and spacious, and the pool is in the sun all day, as are the sun loungers. Our only minor issue was cleanliness as we noticed long hair on the floor in many rooms, dust in the cupboards, and there was a broken piece of furniture outside one bedroom window. It would also have been nice to have soap in both bathrooms rather than just one. While slightly disappointing this would not stop us returning to the villa again. The towels were plentiful and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. The guidebook was also very informative for those new to the island with information on the area, taxis, hospitals etc.

Loved it. We had a great stay at the villa.

Pros: We liked the location, the pool, the nearby facilities and easy access to the town via Cardiac Hill. The villa was beautiful, quiet and restful. Everything you needed to cook with was in the kitchen. We eat out so having 'Hank Panky's and 'Tapas Tree' near by was perfect for breakfast. We would walk down to the old harbour or along the strip which gave you plenty of choice for restaurants for the evening. Again the temperature was in the mid to high twenties during the evenings. The weather on some days was 33° in the shade ideal for lazing around the pool. We did that most days after breakfast before getting ready to go out later on in the day. Cons: There were some very windy days and quite unusually a lot of flies.

Pros: We have just spent a wonderful 14 nights at Villa Colleen. The villa was very clean and tidy and was equipped with all the mod cons you could need including reliable wifi. Very comfortable beds and great showers. We found that even when it was very hot outside the villa stayed lovely and cool inside. Outside there was plenty of seating on the terrace and around the pool. The pool itself was very sheltered from the wind and benefitted from full sun all day. Having steps into it rather than a ladder made it easy to get in and out of. Most evenings we walked down to the harbour to the bars and restaurants which only took about 10 minutes. It is uphill coming back but we always came up the zig-zag steps which gives you beautiful views back across the harbour and sea. There is also a Spar and Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the villa. Communication with Peter was always excellent with lots of useful information. We had a fantastic time in Villa Colleen and would love to return again.

Pros: We had very relaxing 11night stay in the lovely Casa Colleen. The villa itself is very clean and spacious inside. and out. The beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of wardrobes and drawers etc. The lounge is also comfortable with a good TV and good WiFi connection. The kitchen is large although a wee bit dated but it does have good cooking facilities with all the small appliances you need along with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses etc.There was plenty of hot water and the showers were good and powerful but the bath tubs could do with being modernised slightly however this would not in any way stop us renting the villa again in the future!! Outside the pool was very clean and nice and warm for April/May there is plenty of space and furniture around the pool with nice shady areas, There is also a roof terrace with sun beds although we did not use it. The villa is within walking distance to the harbour and old town area although getting a taxi home is recommended, taxis are cheap and plentiful. I would not hesitate to stay again if returning to the area and would defiantly recommend Casa Colleen to family and friends

Pros: Spent three weeks June/July 2018 in Casa Coleen and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and tidy and in a great location to get to the old town. There is a supermarket and bar/ restaurants a short 5 min. walk away. The pool was cleaned twice a week and the towels and bed linen weekly by cheerful and helpful staff. The owners, Peter & Agnis, are quick to respond to any questions and queries and the information provided by them prior to our holiday was great help getting the break off to a flying start. Definitely will be back and will not hesitate telling others about this little gem.

Pros: We stayed at the villa in October 2014 and had a wonderful 2 week stay. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of lovely restaurants and the Marina. The villa is in a quiet street, it has a heated pool and was spacious and lovely. An excellent little supermarket was a short walk away as was the friendly Marios restaurant. We would recommend it as a perfect base to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Pros: Just got back from 3 wonderful weeks in villa colleen. We have stayed in lanzarote a few times and this was by far the best accomodation we have had everything was perfect from booking and comunication with the owners to the villa itself ( the photos really dont do it justice the rooms are much bigger than they look). The pool was fantastic, the warmest pool ive ever been in. The villa was a real home from home with everything you could possibly need, and we cant wait to return !!!!!

Pros: we spent two wonderful weeks in this lovely villa. we enjoyed the space we had sharing as we were with our two teenage children. the location was withen walking distance of all faciltys, and the peace and quite added greatley to our holiday. we would recommed this villa to any-one as every thing you need is there a wonderful retreat to relax and switch off if only for a short time to re-charge us until the next time we get away again

The villa is situated 5 mins from a small group of shops and a 10 min walk from the main area.There is also a large shopping centre in the main area Fantastic for all you ladies! all in all this villa is a perfect get away ,ideal for kids as our two are 3 and 7 months and also very secure.Peter and Agnes were fantastic, thanks a million for a fantastic family holiday
