The Neighborhood:

The City of Palm Springs enforces strict noise regulations. Music is permitted indoors only and may not be played in any outdoor areas. At no time may music be audible from the street or neighboring properties. Any fines, penalties, or violations resulting from excessive noise will be the responsibility of the guest.

- Pool heat is $125 a day

- All pets must be pre-approved

- Exceeding the home occupancy will result in fines up to $10,000
