SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, access to the backyard, a desk - perfect for remote working and learning - and an en suite bathroom which features a double sink, and a separate shower and soaking tub. The 3 Guest Rooms also feature King beds and share easy access to a guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a powder room by the front door.

THE LOCATION
Located on a quiet residential street in the lovely Los Compadres neighborhood - extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops and galleries. You'll be just a few minutes to the casino, hiking trails and bustling downtown. Grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.
