The Finca Can Nin awaits you in the tranquil surroundings of Santanyí on Mallorca and offers an idyllic refuge for those seeking relaxation. With a living area of 300 m² and space for up to 8 people, this spacious holiday home is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy comfort and privacy in a Mediterranean ambience.



The finca extends over two floors and has a total of four bedrooms, offering a pleasant retreat for all guests. On the ground floor, an inviting hallway welcomes you, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven. Directly adjacent are a living room, a dining room, and two bedrooms. From the kitchen, you can access the lovingly designed outdoor area, where a large dining area and a barbecue spot invite you to enjoy Mediterranean delicacies outdoors.



The first floor houses two separate bedrooms, each with its own access, which creates additional privacy. The larger bedroom offers a living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a magnificent view of the surroundings – the perfect place to relax and unwind.



The outdoor area of the finca is a true highlight. An expansive green area in front of the house invites outdoor activities, while the large pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, ensures refreshing moments. Additionally, an outdoor bathroom with a shower is available to maximise comfort.



The Finca Can Nin combines tranquillity and relaxation with proximity to Santanyí, where you can explore charming lanes, visit the popular weekly market, or experience the Mallorcan way of life in local restaurants.



Please note: The house is equipped with an alarm and camera system, which remains deactivated during your stay. It is used exclusively when the finca is unoccupied for several days.

What is located in the villa?

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.



IMPORTANT!

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, in these cases you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
